reception was great, breakfast was good

we were put on a “garden bedroom” they have a separate building which is not that great. the building does not have black out blind on bathroom, so there is no privacy on bathroom. also the bedroom was stated on booking as a wooden floor, but it had a very very cold tiler floor. there was not Wi-Fi, also there was not a fridge. the heating system was not good enough.

Dinner was nice - despite only having 3 options - we had 2 big parties in the same dining room as us so was very noisy Staff very nice and helpful

The noise when trying to sleep at night is annoying because there is alot of banging (room was on 1st floor) after reading some of the reviews I thought the breakfast would have been "amazing" but was very standard. Dinner you only have a 3 options to choose from Room was cold - radiator wasnt turned on when we arrived in room and then turned off again during the night.

Excellent hotel in this category. Nothing to complain.

The position of the hotel is great, 40 minutes away from Breuil-Cervinia and 25 minutes away from the region capital Aosta. The parking lot was large and easy to access. The staff has been all amazing, from the lady who checked us in to the attendant, Alessandro who assisted us during dinner. The room was spacious and comfortable. I would love to get back here.

If Wifi is promised, it should be available. I had great problems with this, not even in my room, but allo in other places I tried.
