Convenient location to stay for visits to friends and family.

Nice hotel, good location staff very friendly, helpful and informative.
Overall food was good however we found the eggs at breakfast could have been cooked better e.g. I had poached eggs and on both occasions they were very overcooked, not much fruit selection left not sure if this was because we had breakfast at 10 O clock.....?

though the restaurant was closed on arrival, the receptionist went out of her way to assist, extremely friendly & clearly enjoys her job

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was good and the food was excellent.
The room was near the disco which was OK for us but maybe not to everyone's taste. The good thing was there was no noise after it finished.

Staff were very helpful and friendly
Room was a bit noisy as it was at top of stairs and u could hear alot of music, I do realise the weekend that was in it and that it does say on website that there is a nightclub. Net curtains were falling down on window and the room was a bit cold.

Bathroom a little unclean. Breakfast was slightly off our order but still quite nice.

it is really central, the staff are lovely and especially Marie who was night porter during our staff, nothing was too much, room was nice and bed was comfortable, thank you.
The doors in the morning, constant banging from 6am soft closing doors would solve this issue. wall paper is coming away from the wall by the window in room 9, a mini fridge to cool drinks and a safe in the rooms would also make a big difference but other than that we had a lovely stay 😊

The room was very comfortable.
Was difficult getting a parking space upon arrival.

The hotel was pretty much as you would expect from a prominent hotel in a market town.
The bed was comfortable and large.
The TV had a variety of channels.
The shower was great.
There was parking free of charge.
The restaurant had a typical menu and was reasonably priced. The food was well cooked.
All the staff were lovely although one at breakfast was a little abrupt, I would say old school.
Everything was clean but on arrival we had to change room due to a carpet that needed hoovering. I think this was just an unusual oversight.
Not as near to the Sperrin’s as I had imagined.

Friendly and helpful staff. Location ideal. Available parking. Rooms are a decent size.
No fruit, Yoghurt, Croissant or pastries available for breakfast.
Deserts were poor.
