Personnels souriants et à l’écoute des clients. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux.
Le cadre de la piscine à température idéale est harmonieux ainsi que le sauna et le hammam
Petit bémol : La moquette des couloirs est vieillissante et pas très bien entretenue.
L'idéal serait une petite restauration pour les repas du soir.

Alors nous étions chambre 101. Vue sur un mur, très peu de soleil et par conséquent une chambre qui sent le renfermé et très fraîche. Nous avons du allumé le chauffage. De plus dans la salle de bain une odeur désagréable, obligée de laisser la porte fermée et il y faisait froid.

La piscine était très bien, l’emplacement proche du centre ville.
Il manquait des peignoirs pour la piscine, cela aurait été plus pratique.

nous avons vraiment apprécié la piscine, seul petit inconvénient il faut sortir des bâtiments; heureusement qu'il ne faisait pas froid
la chambre a été restaurée mais les finitions ont été bâclées, par exemple autour de l'évier

Je n'avais pas pensé pour des claquettes ou chaussure rechange pour la piscine et hammam
Proposer en plus du peignoir ce petit service pourrait être un petit plus.

Très forte odeur en entrant , donc j’ai demandé à visiter la chambre avant.
Catastrophiques, très forte odeur de tabac froid, odeur d’humidité, irrespirable.Heureusement que je ne suis pas Asthmatique. Mélange d’odeurs de tabac, d’humidité de chlore.
Ambiance glock accueil très froid.
On dirait un dortoir et non un hôtel 3 étoiles.
Du coup ma valise n’a pas quitté la voiture j’ai demandé une annulation directe.
Cela m’a coûté 101€, et j’ai réservé un autre hôtel sur le champ

While the rooms are a bit dated, the spa area was amazing. Perfect for a quick family getaway. Walking distance into town with all the shops and restaurants nearby. We only staid one night but would love to have been there longer.

Loved the pool, sauna and steam room, which was very relaxing and open until 22:00hrs. Friendly and helpful staff, plenty of parking, good location to the restaurants and harbour. Room clean and modern design.
Hallway carpets grubby, bathroom lights broken and or flashing. Shame as its such a small thing.

This staff was very helpful and kind. Check is late unlike other places. The pool is very clean and convenient, very good option in morning and for calming down in the evening. Open till 22:00.
The rooms were very clean. The bed was reasonable. Showers were great with a towel warmer.

The receptionist when we checked in was fabulous, she was teaching our son French and was really friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect and offers free parking which was great.
The decor is tired and in need of a refresh. But... it was clean enough, the beds comfy. There was quite a lot of guest noise in the hallways late at night.

Swimming pool is smaller then on the photos. Hammam was not working. Sauna was like just a hot room with +40C, not a Sauna at all.

This hotel is very well located. The staff is very helpful and professional.

Great staff and the pool was brilliant and easy to use - great offer of new towels every time you swam too. others ate breakfast and said how great that was too.
The room was very warm and due to the location had no breeze even with the window open.
the carpets in communal areas have seen better days but the room itself was clean and linen and towels were clean and spotless.

It was a good stay. We liked the possibility to check-out late 12:00, which meant we could still enjoy the pool before checking out. All facilities are there and parking available next to the hotel at no extra cost.
The property didn’t have airconditioning or fan provided even though the temperatures were 35+ outside. It was also a bit of a walk downtown (15 min), but not too bad.
