die herzlichkeit und hilfsbereitschaft aller leute im haus, der praktische skiraum unmittelbar bei den parkplätzen, der große tisch im zimmer. möglichkeit auch am abend etwas zum trinken zu bekommen.

Wonderful views over the Val Gardena. Our room had a wraparound balcony and was comfortable, although not terribly spacious. The property had saunas and steam-rooms available although we didn’t use them. Breakfast buffet was very good.
This is really more of a bed-and-breakfast than a hotel, which is not made clear on the Booking.com site. Staff are not always on hand and it doesn’t serve lunch or dinner. We had a problem with our room key (our fault) but we couldn’t find anyone to help for a while until the proprietor returned from an errand. There is no kettle or coffee-maker in the room and we had to ask for hot water for tea from downstairs - when you could find someone to help. Also parking was very tight in the small parking lot.

We like the room style especialy the Dolomite-view balcony. The view is charmed and you can enjoy the breakfast in the balcony.
No coffee machine or tea making equipment in the room. The hotel is not in the centre of the town so I think you need a car.

We loved our stay here. It was clean, super comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of food and drink choices. We have no complaints and it would be our accommodation of choice if we ever make it back to Ortisei. The free bus pass was wonderful but note, the busses are crowded and we only managed to get on two busses as they were full before reaching our stop. No fault of the hotel though.

Hotel is well kept with beautiful surroundings. Room is spacious and clean. Very good sound proofing. Breakfast is excellent.
Won't be able to drink coffee or tea after breakfast. Not sure if this is common in Italy.

Great location, super clean, breathtaking view, very complete and delicious breakfast. They even gave us bus tickets to go to the villages around. Also there’s a very secure, illuminated path to go and come back from Ortisei

the room was lovely with an incredible view. The staff were very helpful and we were surprised to find out that a bus pass for our stay was included.

Great wellness facilities, perfect to relax after a long day of skiing. Location is perfect with a skibus stop right in front of the hotel.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was surprisingly good - lots of fresh delicious food, all you can eat, wide variety to please all. Great location to gondolas to transport you to Seceda and Alpe di Susi.
This hotel is not luxurious, but it is very comfortable and in a great location!

Very clean. Good breakfast, but would be better to have wider range of cold cuts, cheese etc. Nice staff, however they were nicer with german guests (personal feeling).
