Gorgeous property with a lovely hot tub and comfortable living space. Great facilities and friendly owners. Loved the food from the farm shop!

We wanted to have a quite & tranquil break over the New Year and decided to book The Rose Cottage. It was nice and comfy for a family of four and was looked after, check-in was easy. We had a small issue with a water leak from behind the fridge and someone promptly attended the property to have a look. The farm is in a very good location, not far from the main road but you don’t get disturbed by the traffic, good access to local amenities, there’s a Sainsbury, Costa Coffee nearby along with few other shops. Local take away's deliver at the property and the food is decent. We loved the hot tub, it was all setup before we checked-in and the kids had an amazing time enjoying the hot tub in cold temperatures. Wish we had stayed longer!!

Cozy cottage, great beds, peaceful sleeps and peaceful hot tub sessions.

If you come in the dark, it will be a little tricky to navigate, also very difficult to get hold of staff after hours, a little bit of lack of privacy, staff would come in to check the hot tubs unannounced. The dog startled me at night as it came out of nowhere, (I was doing a small BBQ) very friendly though.

beautiful setting with amazing facilities! love the hot tub in particular and the cosy country feel. the beds are also SUPER comfortable - I slept like a log!

it did get a little chilly so advise keeping all internal room doors closed to heat up the rooms quicker. the TV is also not a smart tv and the aerial connection is a little dodgy.

Beautiful location, quiet and private. The cottage was so homely, we didn't want to leave

my only complaint would be that there were lots of spiders everywhere and I'm terrified of them! Can't be helped in an old cottage :)

Everything was perfect

Myself, husband and three daughters loved it, beautiful house with everything you need.

Gorgeous cottage, huge bathroom and shower room, everything nicely layed out.

Slightly overpriced for the amount of space you get, also sauna option was only available for one particular barn- make sure you check which one you have.

Lots of room, felt like a home and not a hotel

Needs a more modern TV with apps for when the weather takes a turn.
