Comfortable room in a nice surrounding. We like the food. The menu of the day is very cheap. The room is clean and the staff is very kind. They practice the COVID rules very good, it feels safe. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel staff were lovely, especially the guy who travelled to Canada (he was super friendly and patient with my attempts at Spanish!) Parking was excellent and plentiful. The room was basic, but with a good bathroom and shower and storage was good. The terrace was nice to have a drink at and watch all the hikers coming and going as it's right on the start (or end) of Rutas de Cares. We actually didn't walk the Ruta as we had done quite a bit from the Cain end, so we took the funicular to Bulnes for a very chilled out rest day and loved it. Location was great! We had dinner at the hotel (I had goat - or roasted kid ha ha!!) and it was very very good indeed!

Maybe a little more choice in the breakfast would have been good - it seems so many of the hotels we stayed at in the area do just tostada with ham and cheese / jam. It gets a bit 'samey' after a while. However, the orange cake that came with it was delicious!

Fantastic location, right near Ruta del Cares. Everything was excellent.

Perfect location for the funicular that takes you up to the beautiful village of Bulnes. It’s not a fancy hotel but certainly clean and welcoming. The staff were attentive and the breakfast was more than sufficient. Great value for money. The menu was also excellent for the price.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was simple but great and the food at the restaurant was very good. The room was comfortable although the bathroom was a little on the small side. Very good value for money and perfect location for doing various hikes in the area (within walking distance).

Not a fan of blankets on the bed. I get the feeling that blankets aren't washed after every guest (in general at every hotel) but could be wrong! I just prefer having a quilt with a removable quilt cover.

Perfect location for a hike the next day. Room was clean, breakfast was fulfilling.

Not a lot of parking space if you do not want to park on the street itself. Entrance was kind of hard to spot, you have to go through the restaurant.
