Die Unterkunft ist sauber und die Betten bequem. Vielleicht nicht ganz modern, aber für uns war es genau passend. Wunderschön gelegen. Wir waren zu Saisonbeginn dort. Das war gerade schön. Natürlich war es für den Pool noch zu kalt. Die Tiere, die dort leben verschönern den Ort, der ohnehin wunderschön in der Zitronenplantage gelegen ist. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Location is really nice but apart from that I was disappointed with the rest.

40 euros extra fee for arriving after 9:30pm and this was not mentioned on the booking page. Did not answer any questions on booking.com but only via calling them.

In love with hotel pool, area with lemon and olive trees. There were so kind and amazing employees. We felt so welcomed. Hotel area are beautiful. Our kids liked very much donkeys, chickens and lizards. Our daughter had birthday and one of the employees (I am so bad at names, so so sorry!!) arranged for us booking of cake in the nearest city, it was so delicius and our daughter was so surprised! Thank you. When we arrived our room was not ready yet, but we got welcome drinks and could relax by pool. Also on the day we left we had few hours free, nobody from us wanted to leave and we could stay by pool even few hours after checkout. Breakfast with so nice view. Unfortunately we did not went to dinner, but the atmosphere looked so good- lights, music, so relaxing ( we did not felt good to disturbe it with our 3 loud kids:D ) I would really like to come back some day.

We stayed in family room, located away from almost everybody with nice terrace (this was perfect) . But I would be happier if there were some vine glasses or little plates for snacks. But when we asked something, we got all what we needed.

The property was beyond expectations. The generous gardens were super fun to explore with the kids. The pool was great, bonus points for the natural shadow from the perimetral trees. The restaurant was amazing, with a wide range of breakfast assortments and super delicious a la carte dishes for dinner. The small distances from sandy beaches, the lovely small towns of the area and a Lidl supermarket were also a plus.

In our room, the beds were quite uncomfortable and noisy because of the steel structure. Also, the wooden structure made cracking sounds in the night. However, both my husband and me are sore sleepers so we could hear every sound. Our friends had no complaints.

We stayed here during covid and we come back every year as well we always suggest to friend and family. If you are looking for a valuable option close to Noto with great food services (breakfast and dinner) that’s the place. Was a little better in the past the food since there was Sebastiano the chef that was amazing but even now it’s good. Brekfast is a real plus with all homemade food salty and sweets with a wide selection of cakes. Pool is great, but the amazing think is the nature that surround the location with lemon trees, gelsi tree and donkeys,as well as cats. You can buy local food to go such as oil, wine, hazelnuts/almonds, pesto and so on.

A gym or some fitness equipments will give a real boost to this location.

The location is beautiful and immersed in wonderful Sicilian nature. The Agriturismo is overall nice. Staff was kind, fine pool, and nice buffet breakfast. The restaurant is not exceptional but still fairly good. It was nice for the kids to have a few chickens and cats walking around the property

The rooms are most underwhelming. They are not simply outdated, they are just not very well cared for, they are small, not very comfortable at all, and inadequate for what they charge. The ac unit was extremely loud, the refrigerator barely worked. The overall property may use a bit more care in some sections. If they charged half of what they do, I would have rated it a bit higher

Property is beautiful, set in peaceful lands, perfect for a relaxing weekend. Pool is comfortable size, with plenty of shade with the trees surrounding the pool. Breakfast has a wide variety and all food is excellent. The restaurant has excellent food and service is very good. Staff was very friendly throughout our stay.

Nothing, however maybe having a few more food options with the bar at the pool would be good as choice is a bit limited.

We should have arrived at the property around 9pm according to google maps. The receptionist kept messaging us at 9pm saying that she can't wait for us and that we should hurry eventhough we advised that we were on the way and even sent her a screenshot of where we were on google maps. We ended up arriving at 9.20pm with a lot of stress and anxiety keep in mind this was a foreign country for us. The room was not to our expectation, full of mould and very small, outside area outside our room very dirty. We would have liked to drink something at the bar by the pool, there was no one there to serve us. Will not visit again.

Room was very clean and spacious and overlooked a large green area. All areas are very well kept and beautiful, with greenery all around. Big spacious pool. Breakfast was based mostly on sweets with some good homemade cakes and pies. Our dog was welcomed and had loads or place to run around safely

Water in the shower was tepid even when left running for a long time. The rooms are not soundproof and all that was being said in the adjacent apartments could be heard. Unfortunately, during the night, dogs from neighboring premises could be heard barking and howling. This disturbed us and frightened our small dog so that we did not get a good night sleep on both nights we were there. More selection of savory food would have made the breakfast table complete.

Breakfast was decent. The pool area is very relaxing and adequately sized with enough sunbeds and trees providing shade. The staff was always friendly and the animals on site made our experience more enjoyable. The location was close to places of interest in the South-East side of the island.

There was quite an uphill walk to our room which was difficult to walk with young kids in the scorching sun so we preferred to take the car to reach the pool area or the restaurant. The restaurant prices were expensive and both the restaurant and bar offered little variety of items.

Beautiful location close to Noto. The pool area was fantastic. The animals on the farm were nice specially for kids.

There are a few important things to improve: - Staff was nice but not particularly helpful, a bit distant. -The room amenities, particularly the insufficient supply of toiletries, need improvement. (Only one small hand soap for a week) - No pool towels -The breakfast experience fell short of expectations due to limited hours, poor food replenishment, and the lack of fruit variety. -The restaurant was ok, the tuna dishes were severely overcooked, for instance.

The walls are paper-thin.

Breakfast was moderate - I expected that such things as butter and juices would be available. Room was fine but bathroom needs to be overhauled. We only had dinner once but it was good.

As I stated previously, a better selection for breakfast and the bathroom needs modernisation.

De had asked to have a reservation for the restaurant on the evening of our arrival on Tuesday which was confirmed, only to find out the restaurant was closed on Tuesday which was not mentioned anywhere

Beautiful location and unbelievable amenities ! Horseback riding, swimming pool, wine tasting tours, and an unbelievably delicious restaurant! Margarita who works the reception desk is so great! She arranges everything to make your stay amazing!
