Just a block from city center.
It was renovated but with less control. Example the size of the toilet paper holder is wider than the toilet paper so a hard cardboard is added to solve it.

Hotel com custo x beneficio muito bom, ótima localização e equipe muito preparada e educada. Nos sentimos muito a vontade, nos deixaram fazer Check in mais cedo e deixamos nossas malas no hotel após o check out, sem problemas.
O café da manhã muito fraco, basicamente pão, café e ovo.

Breakfast was really good. Location and staff were always helpful. The building was typical for the area ,quite rustic.
There was nothing I didn't like except the internet was quite intermittent.

Everybody was friendly and the location is right next to the center.
Could use some new blankets.

The room is cold but they provide an extra blanket if needed and it is a bit noisy as on the main street

close to the main square
all noise from lobby and cafeteria would echo into my room. very loud at times.

the staff was amazing. the girl at the reception helped us a lot to resolve an issue which we had with our flight to Lima.
the pressure of the weather in the bathroom was very low. difficult to take a proper shower. also the bed was a bit small.

Very central with easy access to main attractions, pharmacies and a few restaurants. the staff were really helpful and nice. Got really sick while I was there and they helped where they could. Our bus from Nazca also arrived super early and they allowed us to check in early.
The water from the shower goes everywhere since there is no mat.

Very big and comfortable 3rd floor double room, with a view of mountains and church steeples. Well furnished with a table, wardrobe and comfy chairs. Terraces on each floor. Great view of the volcanoes. Tasty breakfast and comfortable sitting areas for relaxing. Super clean throughout. Friendly staff. The main plaza is just steps away. Restaurants and shops everywhere. If they invested in a few more wifi routers, it would be even better. It was a really nice place to stay!
Slow wifi in room. Breakfast was too early, finished by 8.30 am. Bathroom needed a floor mat, but was otherwise very good. If you have trouble climbing stairs, be forewarned there is no lift.
