Everything, the location, the staff, the villa, cleanliness, and the beach nearby.

The toilet had a problem, the water wouldn't go after flushing it. The staff came right after I informed them by whatsapp, they said they fixed it but when I came back same problem was there. They said it was because of the old pipes there we not renovated in that specific villa. They tried to fix it until the end of our trip. Likely we had 2 bathrooms in the villa as they were 2 rooms.

Nice place close to everything

They did not mentioned anything about paying the electricity separately and at the checkin. That make my trip not too great.

Parking staff were not that helpful. Parking lot was full. One worker was on his cell phone, no communication on where to park. Only negative thing the whole weekend. Parking spaces are very tight

excellent location, facilités and house. ideal for a family. the staff were very professional and neither I or my family had any complaints. well worth the money and would definitely go back. a stones throw from the beach and an abundance of swimming pools and great customer service. air conditioned rooms and just paradise really.

the place is beautiful and the beach is amazing !

we can’t receive the WIFI in the room and we have to add electricity to the payment. it was not written on booking and they forgot to warn us before our stay ! as we stayed only one night and spend time there only to sleep, we force them to not pay the electricity and they accept. however, the staff where not so nice from our arrival to the end.

Access to a beautiful beach

the customer service is very bad and they accused us of taking a dirty piece of fabric. Even though we told them it was not with us, they kept saying asking for it.

The swimming pool and the beach were very pleasant.

The only thing that i think the place missed was a restaurant onsite .

no dish soap, ants in the kitchen, have to pay for electricity which would not be so bad if the refrigerator was actually turned on before we arrived.

It looks like many houses are not well equipped, when traveling there is need of bringing our own materials and equipment. The cost doesn’t much the services received

It was a good locate and there was a fenced in yard for the dogs.

It took us a hour to find the hotel. There wasn't a sign for the hotel that was visible from the street. The email I was sent didn't have a good address. Google Maps couldn't find it with address I was given. There wasn't a number for the hotel to call.

Not clean and not maintained, have to pay for the internet. No basic supplies like toilet paper...
