Stay was great. Will stay again.

Considering we stayed for just a night it’s was excellent and had a good sleep.

I didn’t dislike anything really I think the shower area needed a bit more cleaning but overall it was ok.

Welcoming, comfortable, affordable, great location for our first time in Melbourne

From the moment we walked into the room and felt the warmth of the air con that was already on for us, we felt very special. We certainly had a good night's sleep in the comfy bed after an 8 hour drive. The bathroom was set up well, the shower was extra big. I would have liked to have seen a hair-dryer in the bathroom though and a box of tissues. Overall the room was well equipped for our overnight stay. Thank you

Wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed, some things could be better for the amount of money we paid

The convenience of getting dinner delivered to our room

We didn’t get any cutlery with our dinner that was delivered to our room, the tap for the sink in the bathroom was not attached at all and there was something up the wall in the bathroom next to the toilet.

clean and refurbish however the aircon in my room(5) was not working properly so the room was stuffy and smelly.

We got what we paid for, but full compliments to the young lady who checked us in.

Staff were very helpful. Could not do enough for us. The bed was comfortable and the coffee was very nice. The restaurant handy (at the hotel) and the food was pretty good.

There was a room nearby where the couple were screaming at each other all night. Not a lot of parking near the room.

cobwebs, spots of mold, not a lot though in the bathroom, no proper reception, no clear signs or guides to the room area, best to have provided a guide if no signs available

Was ok. Would have enjoyed our stay a lot better without the negatives listed.

The mattress and pillows were very comfortable

The bedside tables did not have a drawer to place personnel items out of sight, eg wallet, keys, medicines. The small table also did not have a draw. This is the first hotel where I have encountered this type of design, My table top was taken up by my CPAP machine. Also the welcome drink that was included in the price of the was not given at check-kin. Reason "welcome drink not loaded" so one could not be provided. No alternative drink was offered. When we were ready to check out at around 9.00am the Reception and Bistro entrances were closed, Had to ring the hotel number to find out that we could leave the key inside the room or leave it at the deposit box near the Reception. Would have been great to know from the staff at check in, about checkout options as hotel staff do not arrive until 10.00a,m for work.

it was OK for the money we paid

the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice, clean and spacious

the curtains and windows were not clean, the carpet was full of hair and the room was very small

Pleasantly good
