I liked the view from the terrace, as for the rest, a disaster. See the next section, old apartment and unspeakable behaviour of the management.

The location is up the hill and not the most comfortable without a car, need to walk more than 15m to the seaside. The facilities are old and poorly maintained. We got the two-bedroom apartment and the terrace had a nice view, but it was the only positive. The two rooms were of an ok size but one had a broken door and barely closed. The bathroom had the tiniest shower whose sliding doors barely closed again. When I tried to switch the mode on the head of the shower it fell apart (almost hitting me in the face!) and had to plug the plate with the holes back in the original position to finish my shower. The bidet was not accessible because a plastic drawer was slotted between it and the sink. On top of all of this, it was not even clean. Then it comes the charging policy. The management is very rude, they will try and charge you for anything they can think of and start shouting at you if you do not agree with the extra charges. They charged us for 3Eur towels, tried to charge us for 10Eur for parking and also 35Eur for not taking the trash out, incredible!! If it wasn't enough, because of a system error that made it look like we only reserved for two people, they tried to charge us for an "extra bed upon request" (25Eur per person per night) even if we had reserved the two-bed apartment and already had the bed in the apartment! This is even after booking confirmed that we paid the rate for four people! 230Eur per night for a two-bedroom apartment in these conditions is already overpriced, and there are definitely better options in Vieste. So please beware and avoid this property if you can.

Very clean room and very helpful owners😀

There were two big problems. Every morning we didn't have hot water in appartment. I sent the message every day about that problem and later they arrange it exept last day. Last day we didn't have hot water even in the evening. The second problem was Wi-Fi. There were no Wi-Fi signal in the appartment but it was offered at the time of booking. Parking: yes, there is parking place but is not free. That information was not on the page where I looked for appartements.

Nice and helpfull people, large parking place, trees, nice view, spacious and clean apartment, nice relaxing terrace in the back and the front. The whole location works discreetly, calmly, safely ... we liked the place very much. We stayed only one night, but it is a nice place for more days. Not far from the beach and center of the city.
