The cottages are gorgeous. The place is surrounded by fantastic view and its super cold in the night. Rooms equipped with aircon as it can get quite hot in the day

The view was great and park surrounds the room was clean and fun esp. for children

The breakfast was a bit tasteless. The room is quite old, unclean, and not fresh.

All staff are very friendly and helpful, location not so far from Toll gate and cleanlines of cottages area are clean and looks well maintain especially the landscape.

▪︎Room Villa equipments bit rotten, wifi was not working properly (sometime too slow), water pressure (shower head) too weak, linens & terries looks old and become grey instead of white. ▪︎F&B Not too much variety of food and many dishes were empty and not refill properly.

Breakfast was good , location is ok , it's a nice place

Bed sheet and bed cover were not enough clean, Other Quest Loud their Exercise music at 6.00 am

Because their room was smelly, unclean, and had many insects. I move to other hotel at Cipanas without use any their services and this hotel did not refund any or part of our payment. So, not recommended, because this is not four star hotel as their claim their self.....

Very disappointed. The hotel claims to be 4 star. Might be technically true, but not my experience. First, the corporate groups with their blaring PA certainly is not relaxing. No the first night, a party with blaring music and karaoke until 1am. Staff not understanding or helpful. My second room, advertised as 2 bedroom was tiny. Each bedroom barely large enough for the beds. The bathroom was little more than a toilet with a shower. No vanity/basin/mirror (same in our other room). Our two bedroom room also was subject to an insect infestation. The wall had insects (termites ?) crawling out of the wall and there were droppings from some other insect dripping in the beds. Hotel answer to send a guy with a broom and a tin of insect spray. The room should be fumigated and we should have been moved to an alternative room. We did have some extra beds and we were charged for 3 instead of two nights. Reluctantly adjusted without apology in the end. Four star hotel ? Please !
