Traditional accommodation on the Greek islands. It has everything we need, clean and working air conditioning, good WiFi.

- Owner enters the room without notifying us to take out the trash - Despite of the low price of the accommodation, I can expect a certain level of cleanliness which was not given.

The price was reasonable, especially considering the short distance to the port (something like a 10-min walk). The rooms were clean and well equipped (for the price level). Wide, comfortable beds. Pleasant view from the balcony, and overall nice natural ambience. The owner was polite and efficient.

More electrical outlets in the room would've been nice. No shower curtain. Not a big problem, but it would've helped avoid splashing water around.

Basic but clean room, quiet location. Good value for money.

We have been to Thanasis Mastas rooms during 08.07 to 15.07. The room should be equipped with a kitchen corner to cook and to prepare breakfast. Let me first mention the good things about the place itself. The room and the beds were clean, the air condition worked well. The landlord was a serious (to unfriendly) and silent person. We arrived late at night, the next morning when we wanted to start with the breakfast, we found that there was no hot plate, no toaster but one cheap camping cooker (see photo) to be used by 5 other neighbor rooms. When I asked the landlord for toaster, his answer was “I haven’t any”. This is typical for the island, the room and kitchen equipment is very old, the people do not invest any money to make their places more comfortable; e.g. a new toaster, a hot plate or a new pan would cost only 10-15 €. This is really pity, because you could improve the overall quality of the rooms by just only little touches. Our overall ranking is 4-5.

Good location and easy to find just outside the town, within easy walking distance of the ferry. A good place to 'land' while orientating with the island. Good views all around. Simple and clean.

Facilities are basic, would benefit from a proper communal kitchen. Daily cleaning and linen change would be good. There is plenty of opportunity for an outside seating/relaxation area.

Thanasis and his parents were very helpful and warm hosts. Location was good with considering you have a car. Room was clean and tidy.

I would like more efficient mosquito and bug net on the windows

Nice view from the mountain and the sea. Close enough to restaurants and shops, but also not too close so it feels more quiet.

The guests next door where a bit loud, and it felt like they were literally in our bedroom because the walls aren't well isolated.
