La tranquilidad que se respira en el sitio es algo que buscábamos y que realmente cumple con las expectativas. Además, el personal del hotel es súper amable, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y a explicarte o recomendarte lugares cercanos que poder visitar. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y si hace buen tiempo, la piscina es un plus que se agradece muchísimo.

El desayuno y la cena pueden ser algo limitados si estás varios días (se pueden hacer repetitivos) y el hecho de que cobren por las toallas de la piscina, teniendo en cuenta que es un hotel 4 estrellas superior, me sorprendió. También me sorprendió que en la habitación no hubiera una cafetera o algunas bebidas cortesía del hotel (esto siempre desde la perspectiva de que es un hotel 4 estrellas superior y es algo que quizá esperaba por experiencias previas en alojamientos similares).

Comfortable rooms, very clean and like a new! Friendly personnel. Nice green territory. The restaurant is OK, breakfast is good (with table of local charcuterie).

The room was small but comfortable and had all amentities mentioned in description. Dinner was excellent, the food and service was simply outstanding, even house wine has exceeded our expectations.

Sadly the water in the pool was freezing so we couldnt even dip our toes in it. If you're going by car, i recommend renting a small car as the road & the bridge can be tricky to pass if you are driving a bigger car than Volksvagen polo for example.

Location, nicely and clean decorated. It is bit more design than I fancy. Shower was PERFECT. Nice pool, but for me it was too cold. You cannot go wrong with this hotel!

For what it is worth: My understanding was that the room was bigger than I got assigned to. After a discussion at the front desk, they had slightly bigger rooms, but that was available against a fee only. Did not take that. The checked out in the morning took forever, and I finally just left. The hotel changed my card, but it was all not so nice. Assume that happened just because I check-out early. But I indicated that when I checked in. In other words; the staff was not fully 'up to speed'.
