Location, ground floor unit with terrace

Bathroom not properly cleaned. Rotten hair and soap residue blocking the shower drain. Kitchen waste bin dirty with food residue under the plastic liner. Crockery missing. eg. Coffee mug. Toaster damaged Shower door rubber dirty, stained and damaged. Extractor fan light faulty over stove.

Very nice and spacy appartement, just one minute walking to the beach with the pier (Seebrücke). Own garden terrace, parking almost in front of the door. Very nice location to relax. Shopping facility (Edeka) 2 minutes to walk, restaurants (or good street food) on the spot. Excellent and fresh fish.

Everything was outstanding or even more excellent.

Excellent location just minutes from the beach. It's perfect for families and if your travelling with a pup, as the dog beach is only a short walk away. Very close to the super market and all amenities in Schönberger Strand.

The apartment was a bit sparsely furnished. Nothing wrong with it, just a bit impersonal. There was also live music on the beach every night so if you are in a flat closer to the beach and sensitive to noise that's something to keep in mind.

With 5 degrees outside heating didn't work, even in bathroom it was cold, and was no possibility to dry our clothes after the rain, or the towels after shower. Thus despite place was large and clean but with being cold there it diminished all positives from the stay

The appartment is quite spacious and well lit. The location is great.

I expect a lot more from a 4 star hotel. Forst of all, check-in time was already late (16:00). We arrived on time but the flat was not ready yet. They told us to wait for 10 minutes. But guess what, it took almost two hours for us to get the appartment. We had to spend that time in the streets. And we were not offered any compensation for the inconvenience.

We booked a 2-bedroom apartment which was very spacious. Loved that the bathroom and toilet were separate. Very modern with lots of floor to ceiling windows letting natural light in and an electronic blind to provide privacy at night. Beds were very comfortable. Dining and kitchen space was more then enough. Large lanai. Location is great. Just a 1-2 minutes walk to the shores of the beach and the same to Edeka! Parking was also a breeze with private space included. The lady who checked us in and out was very nice. Everything was great!

Very minor issue. The knives in the kitchen were so dull. Maybe they can have a nice sharpener to go with the set.
