La ubicación y la comodidad del departamento.

Le falta mantenimiento a las ventanas. Es una zona muy ruidosa y las ventanas no cierran correctamente. Uno de los aires hubo que apagarlo por el ruido que hacia.

Nothing. The accommodation was just right for us.

The main advantage for me was the location. I came to Montevideo and departed using the buses and the bus station is very close to the property. Approx a 5 min walk. It is very convenient. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful

The location of the room is very good, just opposite the bus station, a five-minute walk, very suitable for guests arriving at night. The room is very spacious with kitchen, bathroom, hair dryer, air conditioner etc. fully equipped.

Great location for taking a bus. Just about 5 minutes walk to the bus terminal. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room is very spacious. Well-equipped kitchen and nice and clean bathrooms.

WiFi is a bit slow. Windows cannot be closed properly so it is a bit noisy.

Great location, awesome views, great staff

Place is run down, gym not functional, loungers on sun deck non existent, towels old,, finishings in the unit broken, limited kitchen utensils. Is a brilliant place, and most probably the after effects of the lock down, but a little maintenance would make a big difference.

The only thing I liked about the hotel was the staff they were extremely nice, thoughtful, kind and generous. They attended to every need we had.

IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES. The facility is falling apart, the carpet in the hallways look like a horse stampede through. The carpet was stained, it was tearing and poorly maintained. We had to ask for another room because our original room had several problems, the toilet was cracked, the shower door was broken so all the water would leak into the restroom. The tile floor was cracked. We have to ask them to changed out the sheets because they had large visual dark brown stains. The room had a bad odor. the room was a little better but it is not a comfortable or cozy place. AGAIN THE STAFF WAS AMAZING! They did a great job. It’s a shame that the corporation or owner doesn’t doesn’t maintain the hotel.

Staff was super friendly. The location is great, practically across the street from the main bus station.

Considering the building is not that old, it is not very well taken care of. The bathroom in my room had little hairs all over the wall, the cleaner probably moped the floor and then used the same rag to clean the walls.
