Great facilities, from the well equipped kitchens, the gym to the size of the pool; the separate bbq space and several balconies. Couldn’t wish for more. Spectacular views yet Close to the beach and easy access to Split or the coast the other way. Kris and Tanja the owners were lovely people and extremely helpful

Nothing - there are early church bells each day but they add to the atmosphere of the place (once you get used to them)

Stayed at villa mermaid for hen weekend.. it was perfect, rooms all huge and comfortable.. place is spotless and pics don't do it justice.. staff couldn't have been more helpful anything we needed they were there to help.. even received a little present from owner during our stay.. went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable..highly recommend
