The place is very nice, really good option if you're looking to explore the island, great location with two beaches at walking distance, 5-10min. The room has everything you need to cook your own food (which is always my preference) very well equipped. The staff very nice, all very well kept.

Villa Birlis is well located for access to the beaches and tavernas of Liapades. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The pool and bar were nice to use when we didn't want to go very far. We were very happy with the accommodation.

The balcony faces north, so doesn't get any sun. Maybe more equipment could be provided, a coffee pot and a clothes drying rack hung over the balcony rail would be nice.

Pool was amazing, rooms are small but well organized and modern. Perfect for a relaxing stay as it’s also close to the beach.

When we were looking for a place to stay, it was important to for us to be in a calm place with all the necessities. This place matched it perfectly. We enjoyed our one week stay very much! The restaurants around at every friendly and serve good food. The price(of food) is also cheaper than in other places on the island. Beautiful beaches, if you don’t mind a little hike up and down the hill😉 The hosts were amazing, always helpful and friendly. Also we found the cats in the property very cute:) Thank you and hopefully we will come back one day!

The location of the Villa is superb - Rovinia Beach and Limni Beach are within a walking distance, just follow the path behind the villa. There are free sunbeds with umbrellas by the pool. The pool was clean with fairly warm water. Parking is available, free of charge, just bear in mind that there is only a little space to reverse/turn around the car.

Unfortunately there were many things that didn't go as expected. First of all, we've ordered a bedroom with a single, double bed but there were 2 small ones put together. The host claimed that there are no other rooms available, only after we've arrived. Moreover: - the mattresses on the beds were worn off and uncomfortable - the place was not cleaned well, every 2 days the towels were changed, but the rest of the apartment was left as-is - the air conditioner was not disinfected and turning it on for prolonged time caused unpleasant smell, not to mention the dirty remote - there were no cleaning accessories whatsoever - no sponge, no dish-soap, no dishcloth in the kitchen, no soap in the bathroom, which is a major negligence, especially as we stayed for more than 10 days - kitchen is poorly equipped, with only 2 small spoons etc., which in addition to no cleaning accessories makes the vacation stay overburden with dealing with trivial things - toilet paper is in shortage, you get one roll every 2 days - there was no place to hang wet clothes / wet towels so that they would dry quickly (besides the hangers in the bathroom with low air flow) - there was no broom or mop (even if we wanted to clean the place on our own during the long stay) - the WiFi connection was unstable, especially during evenings.

The location is excellent, the hosts were very kind and everything in the room was new and clean. A great experience! Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Perfect location to the beach and restaurants and shops. Plenty of sundress around the pool. Always friendly face behind the bar. Spotless room and bathroom.

The whole owner family was always friendly and diligent working around the hotel. Very nice stay with an awesome view out of the room!

Fantastic location, close to 2 beaches, one of them being "wild" and one the most bequtiful in Island. Close the supermarkets and taverns. Moreover, the lovely small village of Liapades is 20 min walk away. The facilities are great, much appreciated swimming pool ale The fact The apartament does not wam up even hot weather outside

Not clean, mattress was rundown (you could feel all the springs), aircon not working. Bar across road playing loud music. We only stay for 1 night out of 7. We had paid on advanced and while I wouldn't expect a full refund, I would have expected a partial refund. Note: they offered a new room, where the mattress looked better, but again the cleaning was poor

Exceptional hospitality and friendliness let alone the view from the balcony that is really breathtaking!
