Very nice hotel- cozy interior, big rooms with view to the mountains. Very clean. Breakfast was good. The location is also good - not very fast from the centre of Zakopane. We liked it.

Very nice accommodation, clean and spacious. Beautiful garden. We particularly appreciated fun zones for kids. Excellent stay!

The accommodation is far from the city center (but the bus connection to the city is just next to the property).

To get to Zakopane we had to use the car but was ok, quite near.

I really liked the beautiful garden and that entertainment for the children has been thought of- room, garden and restaurant. The interior of the room is very pleasant, clean. Responsive and kind staff made the stay more pleasant. The view from the room's balcony is unique. We really liked it, if we ever go to Zakopane, we will definitely come back here and recommend it to others. Thank you and good luck!

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The hotel grounds were impressive, with a large parking area that made it easy to come and go. The staff were welcoming and friendly, which made us feel right at home. We especially loved the delicious meals served at the restaurant, which were a highlight of our stay. Although the rooms were fairly standard, they were very clean and comfortable. All in all, it was a great experience and we would highly recommend booking this apartment.

The apartments were clean and tidy, however, it was disappointing to find out that there were no refrigerators in the rooms. Fortunately, guests can request to use the restaurant's refrigerator at the reception.

The rooms was very friendly and clean. The local restaurant was perfect with amazing breakfast and tasty dinner menus.

Breakfast and all other meals in the restaurant were delicious & very nicely presented, staff all around the hotel were welcoming and friendly, the room was big, spacious, just perfect for a family up to 5.

It was not perfectly clean and we stayed 7 nights with our puppy & 2 kids in the room and the cleaning lady entered only once in the room in this entire period (on the 5th day) just because I insisted that she needs to vacuum (she did superficially) as there was a lot of dust, she changed our bathroom towels and that's it. I would have expected that in a 7 nights stay, someone would clean at least once the entire room. We even emptied & exchanged the garbage bag in the bin in the room ourselves during this entire stay.

Very nice, big, clean and beautiful designed room. The food was excelent, best breakfast i have ever eat, also dinner and the meniu of the day. Great location for families. The room had a small cozy kid room, also a playground at 1st floor and one in the restaurant. Also the hotel has a ski room.

The room is big and cozy, very warm, has kettle and some gift cookies surprised us. Very clean room and bathroom. The breakfast is very delicious, with huge choice of dishes (variety of eggs, meat, sweets, very delicious pancakes). The hotel located a bit far from center but close to nature and beautiful landscapes. The hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas celebrations (both inside and outside). Will definitely return again.
