Le lit était confortable et la chambre spacieuse.

Nous avions réservé une chambre classique et avions notamment choisi cet hôtel pour le spa qu'il proposait. Malheureusement, le spa a pris feu deux semaines avant notre venue et était de fait fermé lors de notre séjour. En revanche, aucun dédommagement ni compensation ne nous ont été proposés lorsque nous en avons parlé lors du check-in et check-out. Un gros moins sur les tasses à café qui n'étaient pas propres.

As a frequent traveller I have been to many places. I had high expectations of this venue. But This is one never to visit again. Only reason of existence is commercial= money, which is a real pity. They claim to be a well being environment but the well being facilities close early in the evening and then of course you are forced to go for dinner = again money. I had an issue at the property about the swimming pool in the morning. Incompetent staff giving us wrong info and even though a solution was offered and promised, once we left it was not kept. To me this is all about honesty and hospitality. I insisted in the morning to speak to the general manager about the issue, was told he was not there but they were able to make a decision themselves. Now it felt like they got our money and that was all that counted. Where was the human touch? Where is the principle of admitting that 2 staff members gave us wrong info and one even went to check with us and confirmed what we saw (swimming pool closed when it should be open) Staff seems to be not well trained nor understand how to treat customers with respect. Please send them to EHL. There you learn about hospitality. Last point in the room there were leftovers of cookies from previous guests.

Exceeded expectations. Everything was close to perfect.

Location, architecture of the building, internal layout, calm

While the product is amazing (room, wellness and swimming pool) the food and beverage does not worth the money spent. We've booked a table at the restaurant for dinner and our meat has been served while we were not ready with the apéritif. There was no way to have the meat kept warm and the maître d'hôtel offered us a bottle of wine. Nevertheless the dessert were really poor as well (for almost 12 euros, we've expected something in the plate). There were 15 tables and 7 staff so we can not say there was a lack of staff; maybe a lack of organisation that is unacceptable in such range of properties.
