The location is super central, allows to be right in the middle of everything that is happening.
A nice bonus is the view from the balcony of the restaurant during breakfast.
There's no A/C or proper ventilation of the room. It's not bad if the weather is fine, but can get super hot. No windows, only a door that faces the internal patio with the café (and people who eat or work there) - so pretty noisy.

ViaVia is a charming property and the location is excellent. The restaurant has a great view and the food is very good.
the rooms tend to be dark and there are no views. The beds are comfortable but the bathrooms need some improvement. The toilet constantly ran and the water pressure is very low

The location of the hotel is superb. Breakfast was good.
Noice is the worse feature of the Hotel. The rooms being close to the restaurant, the noise was continuous until 11:00 p.m. Hot water in the shower was not very good either.

It was delicious and service was great.
Hotel was very loud so sound travelled until late hours in the evening as well as sounds could be heard early since the staff entered the kitchen and started to prep early in the AM.

The location and the onsite restaurant. Nice setting.
Like most hotels in Peru, Booking.com shows rates in hotel currency in dollars (I always look up in hotel currency to avoid bad surprise), which the hotel then converts to Peruvian soles at a phoney rate. Result: I paid a random amount in soles equalling more than 180 usd instead of the advertised 160 usd. Is this even legal, Booking.com???

The location is perfect: direct on the main square. The view from the balcony is really nice.
The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The personal was really friendly: they helped us with the tours and parking options.
Poor wifi.
The restaurant is really really loud.
