Fabulous view from the balcony, clean apartment, few items were missing, so host supplied next day. Clear communication, good place - everything close to: restaurants, shopping centre, walking promenade. perfect stay - both holidays and workcation. You can walk even to Maspalomas. We have enjoyed the place, as it was not as crowdy as Maspalomas.

Modern, clean, and close to amenities. The standard of the property was high. Beautiful views of the beach and ocean. It was worth the extra expense. The cleaners maintained the high standard. We will definitely consider staying there again.
The beds were a little hard. We would have liked sunbeds on the balcony and more cooking utensils.

Absolutely perfect, beautiful location. There is direct access to the beach via a private door for the complex.
San Augustin beach was stunning- peaceful, and perfect for surfers.
A well-equipped apartment, which allowed us to cook a few meals at home.
Regularly serviced with fresh towels and cleaning twice a week.

We could get in smoothly. Everything was ready and clean. Every second day the apartment was cleaned.
Communication with the owners was easy.
The apartment itself has a fantastic view and everything you need for a great stay.
We visited in March and it was not that hot during the nights. However, I imagine it may be difficult to sleep without air conditioner or a ventilator in the bedroom when it is getting hot.
One minor discomfort was that sometimes there was a smell from the shower drain. Once cleaned with boiled water, the smell was gone.

The spectacular view of the ocean. The fact that it was so close to the beach and to the walking pad along the beaches. Lot of small shops and restaurants not too far .Very quiet also. The area is nice and not crowded
The beach is quite windy in this area but an easy ride or bus can take you to the south of the island where you have wind protected beach (playa almadores )

We have stayed here a few times and we are coming back each year. Lovely holiday house right on the beach. This place is bright, with all almost everything you can need. We will come back again. The cleaning lady came when our baby slept, which was not a good time, so she came another day to do the cleaning, which was quite nice. You never know when the cleaning takes place though.
This year the cleaning wasn't as perfect as the previous years and some of the kitchen utensils are already a bit worn out, less glasses and plates since people break it.

Location right at the beach and sea view from balcony & living room were exceptional. Quiet time from 10pm was strictly adhered to in the block. Plenty of free on street parking. Very clean. Lots of appliances (coffee maker, toaster, kettle) and kitchen utensils. Beach out front is perfect with a young child and a bigger beach with an excellent cafe is just a short walk along the promenande. Great view for sunrise.

The apartment is newly equipped, it has almost everything you need, right on the beach. Very nice garden, parking on the street is free and quite easy.
It is a serviced a apartment and the cleaning ladies (which are very nice) come at various times and we found it uncomfortable since we have a baby which sleeps during the day.

the wifi was a disaster and did not even suffice to do a simple online check-in for the flight home. if we wanted internet, we had to go to mobile data…

We traveled with a one-year old and must say the stay was just perfect. New and very very clean, cleaning was provided about 3 times a week. Communication with the host was very swift. The apartment has pretty much everything you can think of (at least us) such as kitchen equipment (mixer, 2 types of coffee makers) all the utensils we needed even with the baby. Dishwasher tablets were provided, kitchen towels, towels all very convenient. Bedrooms had large storage, very comfy beds and blankets. The location is perfect for walks as well as swimming, beach is very clean and cleaned daily. Definitely will come back for winter holidays. Oh and the view is just lovely.
