Initially we thought the electronic keys is over complicated, but later on we realized it was not bad.

We loved everything about the hotel! Breakfast was amazing and fresh. Rooms were cozy and clean. Stuff was polite and helpful. We also liked the fact that there were no room keys, everything works on pin code. We definitely plan to come back :)

Good breakfast, clean hotel and spacious room, good heating, pet friendly.

- parking is not guaranteed (misleading information on Booking.com) - we didn’t have wifi connection in our room during whole stay. I had a big additional costs, so I raised complaint with Booking CS. The property promised refund, that still didn’t happen 18 days after our stay.

Location and ski room

Temperature inside the room was a bit too high.

It was very clean, the staff was helpful and polite. This is a newly constructed building.

Noisy toilet ventilators! We could hear neighbours taking WC turns in the next room at night.

The room wasn’t appropriate to information in Booking.com: no refrigerator, room is small , no 35 meter as we reserved no green grass around , no garden , no view It was difficult to receive refrigerator, but at the end we received it. We didn’t receive breakfast at first day because of serious problems in the staffs, but there’s no breakfast in restaurants in Harrachov . The Owner didn’t advise us alternative options . She gave us money for first breakfast back .

Everything was great
