Coffee pods didn’t fit the machine. Wrong password for WiFi wasn’t right

Fabulous location and very clean.

Sadly the hot tub was only warm so was not enjoyed by all and was a bit of a downer after looking so forward to it….

when you use jacuzzi you can feel smell of chlorine everywhere

Location, clean and comfortable

No bathroom soap. A clumsy method of checking in via telephone. For someone from US this not easy. Thank goodness I speak Spanish as the contact person did not speak english

Comfy beds, beautiful decor, hot tub, great host. The apartment was spacious and right in heart of the gorgeous old district of Carcassone. Only 5-20 mins walk to ‘La cite’. Lovely restaurants and bars on the street, and some shops. Great to have a car parking space too. Nice touch to have bottle of bubbles on arrival and also the coffee maker ( with capsules provided). Thank you.

The rooms were adjoining without doors, it could have offered more privacy. We were 8 people, would be better for 4.
