Много хубав, чист, с изключително любезен персонал, хотел. Нямам никакви забележки към чистота, качество и обслужване. Знаят как да печелят клиенти! Закуската, която беше включена в цената, много богата и с качествени продукти. Вечеряхме в ресторанта на хотела, на свободна консумация. Отново без забележки, за това което поръчахме /вкусно приготвена храна, с качествено обслужване/! Хотела е извън града, сред красивата гора! Достатъчно паркоместа за гостите на хотела. Има голям, открит , много чист басейн и спа зона. Препоръчвам с две ръце и съотношението цена/качество е абсолютно оправдано!

The room was big and cozy. The hotel is located in the forest just outside the city. It quiet and peaceful. The breakfast is very nice. In the evening you can have a nice dinner at the hotels restaurant.

-they have doors with normal keys, meaning it was quite in the morning when people leave the rooms
-not close to the city center, you have to use the car
-one king size bed, but with two single mattresses, very uncomfortable
-we arrived on Saturday at 1pm and the hotel was empty based on the number of cars parked there, they didn't gave us the room
-spa area is very small, with only one shower

Location close to the forest, clean air, beautiful place. Excellent local restaurant with professional staff and delicious cuisine.
The room had window in the backyard, full of junks and heavy smell from kitchen, impossible to get fresh air.

This is an excellent hotel that makes you want to come back! With a great location, very close to the center, with beautiful views around. Friendly staff, perfect cleanliness, spacious modern rooms. Breakfast is wonderful! Large selection of food and very tasty. This is not my first stay at the hotel, and next time I will also stay here with pleasure!

Good value for money, friendly and professional receptionist, OK food. The relax zone is a nice add on and quite impressive for a small hotel. Free parking.
Zero service attitude by the restaurant staff. You’re apparently only allowed to order once, not twice, and need to try hard not to get ignored. Rude and unwelcoming evening staff during our stay. Same for the evening receptionist. Total indifference - except for playing with her phone. NB: the place is totally smoked up as VT is apparently having a big smog issue in Winter. Eyes burning when walking outside, headache. This is surely not their fault, but we won’t return.

Very nice and clean room. Good choice of food for breakfast. Nice view of the swimming pool at the front of the hotel and towards the Tsarevets Fortress

A lovely hotel with a country club feel. Brilliant pool, rooms a good size with a balcony overlooking the pool. A 10 minute walk into the centre of Veliko Tarnovo. The breakfast and bar food tasty and lots of options.

the pool and you have more space around the forest so it’s really good
rooms are really small just like the bathroom, the breakfast is really bad they don’t have just something which is really worth it, I think this hotel is really expensive for there accommodations

The location is fantastic and also the hotel. Breakfast was good and both hotel and room very clean.
We had a room on ground floor and the terrace was next to the hotel entrance. No privacy. As we only stayed for one night we were prepared for an early swim but all facilities open at 10.00 the time we had to leave.
