Unit was very clean & tidy obviously pride of work by the staff.

The location was excellent, friendly, helpful staff, clean room, comfortable beds and undercover parking.

The shower head is due to be replaced.

The beds are a bit small but we are used to king size. Comfortable though.

The pool was ok and the kitchen was nice

Being right next to the iga with constant delivery trucks and noises very early in the morning. There was some random vent in the bathroom or toilet that when the wind is going in that direction made horrendous noises. There was a used pregnancy test on the toilet window sill On leaving I didn't know how to open the key box (prior to staff arriving) and asked the groundsman who was useless and then finally the staff arrived who was rude

that my dog was welcome

The location was good for us. Convenient with a supermarket and liquor store next door. A nice pool for our grandson and we were in a quiet area of the park.

Mostly residential and quiet and lovely staff, be back again soon.

The lights coming in through the window from IGA carpark, maybe needs some outside shades over window.

The unit is compact and comfort. Clean and cozy and equip with all necessary things you need for the holiday. the 2 bedroom unit is just perfect for the four of us ( 2 kids of 13 & 15).

The cabins were clean the beds were comfy, everything we needed was there.

The playground was sad. The pool was FREEZING and unusable. I don't know how feasible it is, but if it's possible to heat the pool that would be great for your residents and guests. Also there needs to be shade for the pool and playground! A number of the fixtures in the house were loose (eg toilet roll holder) not a big deal, but it does cause anxiety wondering if you did it or if it was like that before. Not your fault but 114 is right by the IGA with trucks backing in at 5:30am

Very pleasant reception and amazing size and cleanliness of the chalet.

We could not get the aircon unit to give out heat.
