i liked everything from the property, wake up and go to bed with ocean view all the time is amazing. the location of the property is awesome, close to the beach and also downtown where all the shops and restaurants are.

Great location, Meters from the beach and from the main street. Great balcony. The apartment is renovated and really nice to stay in.

We got the wrong apartment and needed to move after unpacking which was annoying. The staff was not speaking English or Spanish and was very hard to communicate with. No cleaning service. The sofa bad is really uncomfortable. The internet was very weak. Our toilet got clogged and the staff couldn't fix it... eventually we did.

The view was awesome and the bed enormous. Bedding and towels of good quality. The staff was attentive and caring.

The bathroom rug looked quite tired and a little dirty. The fridge needs a deep cleaning and the bedroom rug also looked a bit dirty. The kitchen scorer was very old. Thr bathroom bin didn't have a lid, which is essential when you cannot flush toilet paper.

We liked the size of the room, the comfortable bed and sew view.

The lack of services available was a surprise. We stayed for 6 nights and the room was never cleaned in that time, which I found strange, especially having a full kitchen in use in the accommodation. I asked for cleaning and was informed it had a separate cost of 80 reais. I managed to get bin bags to change the bins at least. There was also no soap or face towels in the bathroom, luckily we had our own. Overall we were disappointed with the level of service, lack of instructions about the property and town, no tips, etc.
