Location was good for access to town (we walked in and out most days). The room was lovely - spacious and cool. Pool was fantastic - clean with deck chairs to relax in after a full day. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff were helpful. They stored our luggage on the day we left so we could have one last wander through town.

der garten und der pool
durch große tagungs- und reisegruppen kommen die individuall reisenden wie wir einfach hinsichtlich aufmerksamkeit (45 minuten wartezeit für eine bestellung) und individualität zukurz.
wir haben uns dann für das frühstück und abendessen nach außerhalb orientiert!!
im bad fehlte eine duschabtrennung, sodass der boden immer nass war nach dem duschen.

Nice and service minded staff. They were always helpful and it was easy to organize individual tours to the falls, to Zambezi river and to the town of Livingstone on the Zambian side.

Great location, easy walk to the falls, border, tons of restaurants, and the Lookout Cafe(make a reservation if you can, but go anyway, it’s a great view!), helpful staff, clean and comfy
Ask to stay upstairs, our basement room partially flooded when we took showers, but it wasn’t too bad and still totally worth given all the other positives

The room was lovely - I loved the four-poster bed with mosquito net. The decor was fitting for the place. Would've liked it to have a bath as well as a shower, but it was spotlessly clean. The fridge was sooo quiet, we thought it didn't work! Tarisai, Hilda and the security guards were very charming. Kapunda the Chief was lovely.
There were no vegan options on the menu. No vegan burger. No vegan supper or lunch. Most of the a la carte dishes had some type of dairy. The veg soup had no flavour because of the heavy reliance on cream or dairy for taste. I had chips for three days!
