It’s a new hotel , so it’s lovely!

Breakfast could have been better! very simple choice of food in my opinion

At checkin the hotel said that they never received the reservation from Booking.com. So needless to say the checkin process was a mess and took away a good portion of day 1

Poor breakfast, especially for kids.

1. It is just next to the Disneyland so you spare time and energy 2. Very chic and clean 3. If you are a Marvel's fan, then you are in the right place 4. You get your "Magic hours" pass to the Disneyland which is entitled to the hotel guests. You can start visiting the park one hour sooner than the other people visiting the park. 5. The rooms are very clean and comfortable

1. What is the use of so much luxury when you freeze to death? The rooms are kept at maximum 22 degrees centigrade which is extremely cold when it is cold and rainy outside. It totally ruined our stay.

low quality restaurants, tiny uncomfortable beds, shower in the bath, swimming pool very basic and cold, considering the hotel is located in a theme park, would expect some slides and other entertainment in the pool.

Beautiful hotel. Close to village and parks. Room spacious clean and modern. You won't need your plug adaptors here. We ate in Downtown. Concierge booked for us upon arrival. Food and service excellent. Swimming pool bit cool but hot tub fab. Heroe station excellent addition with great photo ops. Skyline Bar great for a cheeky cocktail. I'm sure we will be back. Staff fabulous and nothing was too much trouble xxx

The hotel is beautiful. The entire hotel is very clean. The rooms are very nice and decently spacious. Great views. Super quick and easy walk to the park.

•The price is absolutely insane. You can get an equal quality room for 1/4 the price many other places. We were only staying one night, so I splurged on a once in a lifetime experience, but I would never be able to afford it for multiple nights. •As soon as we stepped out of our Uber a cast member was immediately trying to check our bags into the luggage room. We needed to move a few things into our small backpacks before heading to the parks, so we were forced to open up our luggage and do this out on the street, which was a bit uncomfortable and made us feel kind of rushed. Not the greatest “welcome” for such an extremely expensive hotel. •Since I booked our room through Booking.com, our tickets could not be linked to our MagicPass. I asked the front desk if they could just manually link our tickets to the MagicPass for us and they said no, the tickets can only be linked if you book through Disney, which seems silly. The only reason I didn’t book through Disney is because when you book 1 night at a hotel it automatically comes with two days of park tickets for both your check in day and your check out day, but I only needed one day since we flew out the morning of our check out day.
