The location was great! Driving distance to so much!

The shower was extremely small, but my 6”7’ husband was able to just barely fit.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett aber unvorbereitet. Sie wohnen direkt gegenüber.

Wir wurden nach 20 Std. Anreise und abgemachter Nachricht das wir kommen trotzdem nicht empfangen. Mussten den Eingang suchen haben ihn aber nicht wirklich gefunden. Leider konnten wir die Gastgeber telefonisch und per Whatsapp nicht erreichen. Hab mich schon im Auto schlafen sehen. Nach langem hin- und herrennen und rufen kam die Frau dann irgendwann mal raus. Das war sehr unglücklich und nervig. Was wir nicht erwartet haben dass die nebenliegende Autobahn sehr nah und wahnsinnig laut war. Unterkunft ist ziemlich ungepflegt aber sonst ok. Die beiden Schlafcouchen sind ausgeklappt nicht zu gebrauchen. Daher höchstens nur 3 Schlafplätze. Ausserdem keine Verdunkelungsgardinen in der Wohnstube. Das Doppelbett ist sehr weich und quitschig. Wir würden im allgemeinen nicht nochmal länger als 1 Nacht in Miami bleiben.

Die Unterkunft lag total zentral, sodass wir zu unseren Tagesausflügen immer nur eine kurze Anreise hatten. Die Besitzer, die auch selbst auf dem Gelände wohnen, waren super nett und hilfsbereit.

Leider wussten wir erst bei der Ankunft, dass wir das Finca Studio und nicht das Finca Guest House am Pool gebucht hatten. Über booking.com wurde uns dies nicht eindeutig angezeigt und wir waren davon ausgegangen, dass wir das schöne Haus mit direktem Blick auf den Pool hatten. Zwar dürfen auch Gäste des Studios den Pool nutzen, aber das ist natürlich nicht dasselbe, als wenn man morgens direkt mit einem Kaffee vor die Tür gehen und am Pool sitzen kann.

Great location with its own private access gate, although the alternative entrance is also available. It’s conveniently situated near UM, and the pool area was truly impressive.

We stayed here for a week with our 16 yr old daughter and cannot rate the property highly enough. We were met by the owners who are lovely and provided us with plenty of local knowledge with regards to our planned trips. We did hire a car for the week which I think is needed as it's a little out of the main city but the property is near to the freeway. The property itself has everything you need for your stay, its clean, has all the amenities you need and you can use the washing machine and dryer (for a small charge) which was a godsend to us after the previous week being spent in hotels!. We had the pool pretty much to ourselves which our daughter (and I) loved. Thank you for making our stay in Miami such a wonderful experience, we will definitely be back! 😀

We really enjoyed our stay in the studio apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. We loved the big heated pool, as well as the vast, well-kept grounds.

Location was great. Hostess was friendly. Nice guest house. I would recommend this place without any reservations.

Washer was not working but the hostess informed us ahead of time and it did not cause us any difficulties.

Our stay was perfect, the host welcomed us very well, the place was very quiet, safe, very close to everything, the apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable, we would definitely go again.
