Poor breakfast options. Expensive, 30 percent less fair would be reasonable considering the number of hotels in the area..

I booked hotel vasathi for 2 Days coorg trip.
Unfortunately the timing we arrived was very random we were there at hotel at 5 am in the morning but still they let us rest in the reception area for around 4-5 hours.
Later also accommodate us in one of the rooms which got checked out sooner than expected. They have a guy at reception named Anchan he stayed awake because of provided us with all the solutions.
Rooms too were extremely clean.
At breakfast buffet they were preparing dosas on demand.

The staff is very sweet, professional and friendly.... They made our stay very comfortable... The place is very clean and good value for money.. staff is very considerate about your needs and very quick in providing service. I don't normally write a review but vasathi deserves this. We felt at home and welcomed

carpets on the floor will be a good idea to keep guests comfortable. as the tiles are too cold.
replacing bed spreads is recommended as we were given a old spread.

close to city centre and very nice breakfast
I stayed in this property before also and this time it’s totally a different experience. First of all the Manger is very rude and arrogant and he charged me rs.300 extra even though I made the prepayment. But as per him prepayment was not on time and I have not attended the calls which I have never received.
Also housekeeping service is very poor.

Most of the days the breakfast was served very cold. Staff was hurrying the guests to finish the breakfast quickly.

Non functioning items inside room, like wall clock, windows couldn't be closed as it was stuck, towel hanger broken in washroom. Cloth hanger on washroom door broken.
