Staff was kind and supportive. Facility is high-tech fitted. Rooms were clean and well set.

Opening the room by typing (not easy to memorize) code each time is not very convenient (especially if you forgotten your phone or run out of battery). There's kitchen area in the rooms but cutlery is missing. Breakfast was not bad, but buffet style can be better - so you can take what you like instead of receiving preset stuff (same for all) including things that you may not want.

The attitude of the woman who called me about the check-in. She was very nice and polite.

The furniture in the room was low quality and the hot water ran out halfway through my shower.

Exceptionally clean! Also, the fully automated electronic reception desk is great! Excellent value for money!

The location isn’t very good but Panagyurishte is a small town and its not a big deal.

So tidy and clean. probably has the newest furnishing in all of the town. the restaurant staff treated me with special care and were very kind.

Nothing. It was terrible.

Just checked out. My stay was terrible. There was a party in the restaurant and the music was so loud like it was nextdoor (my room - third floor from five). It ended around 2 am and an hour later I managed to fall asleep. Because of this I missed my breakfast as well. There is no point to pay for a place to sleep if you cannot sleep there, the rest doesn't matter in this case. Sorry Court Inn, never again.
