Die Lage ist super - man "fällt" direkt ins Kneipenviertel. Nett ist auch der kleine Garten mit Sitzgelegenheit.

Die Unterkunft liegt im Hinterhof und hat faktisch kein Tageslicht. Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer sind - anders als in der Beschreibung - keine getrennten Räume, sondern nur durch einen Schrank getrennt. Im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis m.E. nicht gerechtfertigt.

The host was exceptionally accommodating, professional, and friendly from start to finish. He provided us with directions, explanations, suggestions, and parking. The air conditioning was strong and good. The cute courtyard offered the rare Bologna greenery and an attractive place to sit outside and look at the sky. The location felt safe and was in comfortable walking distance of the main tourist attractions. It was obvious the work that had been recently done to make this a good space. The decor was creative and useful. Wifi was solid and consistent.

Quaint apartment with shared garden courtyard, but we rarely used as we spent more time exploring Bologna. Superb location, quick 10 min walk to the centre. Amazing restaurants and bars to access nearby. The bed was incredibly comfortable and kitchen amenities were thoughtful and appreciated.

A tad dark for our liking, but that’s just a personal preference.

The house itself. It is an separated house in the beautiful garden. Spacious, clean, very quite and in the heart of the city. The host is very polite and helpful. He answered all us questions, helped with parking and advices for place to see, eat and current attractions.

Marco was very helpful and nice, the garden is a great place to relax. The room was great and comfortable.

Everything was great

A nice quiet spot in central Bologna, around a relaxing leafy courtyard. The room was spacious and clean, and had everything you'd need for a few days. The owner was friendly, and quickly resolved an issue I had an issue with a broken key. Aircon was much appreciated given the high temperatures!

The outdoor space was a bit scruffy and could have been cleaner.

I would like to thank especially for the great recommendations. This allowed us to see a lot in the short time we had and enjoy great dinner. The location is great and the place is magical.

The cost is a bit above my normal budget, but taking into account all the positives, it was really worth it. One thing that shall be taken into account is that it's one big shared room, there is no privacy (not a problem in my case).

There is nothing wrong with the property, has everything needed and promised, but a few 100 euro well spent on the interior decoration would hike the impression quite a bit. It could be cool. Now it’s “just” a place to sleep - which is all you need in that location, but still.

Great location. A very quiet place given the busy street full of local restaurants and fun nearby. The courtyard also made it cozy. Marco was very friendly, helpful and had the most wonderful restaurant recommendations! We enjoyed our short stay in Bologna.

The property was great. So comfortable and perfect for the family, a couple with 3 kids. Perfectly situated in Bologna. We arrived very late, but the owners went the extra mile for us and helped us, and made us feel very welcome. We were so tired upon arrival, but slept like babies. The beds were super good and comfy. The room was really big and perfect for five people.

Everything!! It was beautiful, spacious, clean, adorable and just what we needed! We even had our own little patio to unwind at the end of the day with a bottle of amazing wine! Espresso provided as well! The owners were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to be hospitable allowing flexibility with parking and truly making our experience in Bologna an unforgettable one! Thank you!!

The Location of this property is just fantastic. the rooms are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped with everything that you need. everything is just perfect. This airbnb is perfect for a couple of a family. The host Marco is very very kind and helpful. Everything was just excellent.

The position is excellent and the service was very very good: good quality and soft towels, nice pillows, espresso machine, a very nice outside area… Everything was good. Even the couch bed was comfortable.

Location at direct center of the city, amazing nice place hidden from noise of the streets around. From place you can just directly Enter the city and night life or start your trip accross. You can park your car there but ask the host how to drive to not get fine. At street many nice restaurants. Very nice place to stay. Pity we had No chance to use terrace, as it was february

Excellent host, super helpful and very accommodating. Nice and modern apartment for more than one night stay (fully equipped kitchen, etc). Walking distance to old city of Bologna and free parking available around the property.

Too many doors (3+1!) to get into the apartment and a bit pricey for the time of my visit (late January).
