Schönes, großes Apartment mit großem Balkon, ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß bis in die Altstadt. Das Apartment ist Teil einer Senioren-Residenz, was uns bei der Ankunft überrascht hat, weil es in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt wurde. Cleveres System zur Auslastung der Residenz und faires Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, gute Parkmöglichkeiten (mit unserem VW Bus passten wir nicht in die Tiefgarage) …

Es mangelt an Kleinigkeiten - es war kein Fön da, die Box mit Kosmetiktüchern war leer und den Safe konnten wir am ersten Tag nicht nutzen, weil er abgeschlossen war. Am 2. Tag hatten wir dann Pech und hatten im gesamten Apartment einen Stromausfall und mussten für eine Nacht in ein weniger schönes Apartment umziehen. Nach 24 Stunden wurde es dann repariert, aber an dem Tag hatte uns der Reinigungsservice dann wohl vergessen, aber wir bekamen Toilettenpapier und neue Müllbeutel von der Rezeption …

Apartment modern and well laid out

Suprised it was part of an old peoples home. No other language spoken but French

The room was large and spacious. The reception was very nice and helpful.

The hotel is actually a retirement home. We were the only hotel guests. The view was of a construction site.

It was a great location and the staff were lovely Great parking too

The room was really hot and the air con didn’t seem to work. Also would be nice to have salt, pepper, oil and some cooking utensils. We only had one pot and when asked the staff provided a frying pan. Also didn’t realise I would be staying in a retirement village.

The apartments of the old people's residence - located in a new residencial area with no decent restaurants in the vicinity - are clean and quiet, but poorly equipped.

The double bed was small (1,35 cm wide) and hollow. Not one hanger in the closet. No hairdryer in the bathroom. The kitchen had a kettle and just one small saucepan. Cutlery and plates for four. No bottle opener, No sharp knifes, not even a garbage can, Breakfast was ridiculous: a hot drink, poor quality orange juice, a choice of bread with honey or jam and you had to make your breakfast choice one day ahead. Youghurt and fruit was extra. We had the breakfast in the sittting area, where the old people gather in the afternoon. No sign of a restaurant. Sunday, the day of our arrival, the dinner menu you could order from somewhere was potato soup, pizza and cheese. Hardly a gourmet choice. The staff in the reception hardly spoke anything but French. Neither we, nor the receptionist could get WiFi to work the first day. When we finally got it to work the following day, the signal was so poor that it was useless.

Everything was perfect. Clean and spacious apartment. Really friendly staff.
