Rental agency managing the apartment were very helpful, we were able to check in early, and they quickly responded to our phone calls when needed. Apartment is very clean, nicely decorated, as described. The neighborhood is relatively quiet. There are nice local restaurants within walking distance. The underground is less than 15 minute walk. There are grocery stores within 10 minute walk. Few minor suggestions: small table at bedside in the main floor bedroom, a chair at the built in desk in main floor bedroom. Change bulbs/lamps in ceiling fixtures-they 'flicker', and do not provide steady lighting. There were stains of some sort in the main floor bathroom shower.

The apartment was a great option for our family of 4 vacation. Two full baths help to keep everybody happy. Surrounding area has plenty of shops and restaurants close by and the West Kensington tube station is a 10 minute walk.

The Place was nice and clean and had a great location. However we had a problem with the lockbox to keep the keys. We came back to the flat one night and the lockbox was jammed and would not open. I repeatedly called the multiple numbers we were given for the owners with no answer. It was late at night and no way to get in. A neighbor gave me a hammer and i had to break open the lock box. I immediately offered to pay for it out of my deposit. I looked up the same model they had, to get an idea of the price. After returning home i was made aware they were going to take out much more than i had figured. I knew there would be extra to install and that was fine. However after sending me pics of the box they ordered i noticed it was a whole different one than the one i broke. I looked up that one and saw it was triple the price of the original. They refuse to pay me back the difference. I am highly dissappointed and i will not deal with that company again. So please if you rent be careful because they will use your money to upgrade the place.

Great location, easy to get around London. Nice quiet neighborhood but walking distance to a variety of restaurants and grocery stores. The rental was lovely - everything new and updated. Very comfortable for 6 adults.

This is a spacious property and had much more room than I expected. It easily accommodated 4 of us and could have accommodated several more. It is quick walk to the Underground which takes you anywhere you would like to go in London. It is on a very quiet street-the only noise we heard were the airplanes from Heathrow. This a fantastic place to stay!

We are a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teen and pre-teen children) who stayed in this flat for a week during the summer. It was a perfect choice for our family. Each bedroom has its own bathroom (a blessing!). It is perfectly situated near North End Road which has lots of eateries and a couple of pubs, as well as pharmacies and small grocery shops. We could stop and get food/snacks on the 10 minute walk back from West Kensington Tube station. Be aware that, as with most flats in London, there is no A/C but there is a nice breeze with open windows at night. We happened to stay during a very hot spell in London but we were out sight-seeing most of the day so it didn't bother us much. The water pressure was great and we used the combined washer/dryer and dishwasher often. The hallway leading up to the flat as well as the stairs in the flat are very narrow so pack accordingly! We had a great stay and the management company was fantastic - met us at the flat and gave us lots of advice/suggestions for places to eat in the area as well as how to use the equipment in the house. They have a very informative binder at the flat too. Our only suggestion would be to have plates in the kitchen. We couldn't find them if they were there! Thank you for a great stay! We loved London!

This place is immaculate, beautiful and a very good use of space. By far the nicest place we have stayed. The owner paid so much attention to detail. The flat is close to public transportation, places to eat and grocery stores as well as in a safe, quiet neighborhood. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A wonderful stay at this flat. Clean, well supplied, spacious and a good location. About an 8 -10 minute walk to West Kensington Station. Lots of shops, restaurants and pubs in the area. Allessandra was excellent...very helpful. The only criticism we have was that the beds were a bit hard not as comfortable for sleeping. But we would stay there again. Great place, great location. Beautiful property where to spend an holiday!!

Our three grandson, my husband, and I thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay in your London apartment. The flat was spit-spot, every room has it's own complete bath, hardware throughout was top notch, and the walk to the green district tube line was not very far. It was a wonderful get-a-way.

Very nice apartment! Neighborhood has food, grocery stores, pubs and eateries nearby which was very nice. Tube is about a 10 min walk. Apartment is recently redone and very nice quality.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The flat is nicely appointed, with the great additions of a clothes washer and dishwasher which were put to great use. The flat is less than 10 minutes from two different tube stations leading to easy access into the city. With it's location, we were able to be at the Tower of London in less than 30 minutes from when we stepped out the door. The neighborhood appears to be in renovation, with this flat on the leading edge. The muiti-ethnic vibe of the walk to the tube station was enjoyable. We found several good restaurants (Italian, Indian, gastropub) within a 5 minute walk. While the beds were a bit hard, all of us slept well. Linens were clean and of high quality. All appliances, heat, etc. were in good working order. Bonus to the three bedrooms is that each have a private bathroom. The flat is bright with lots of natural light. Be aware that there are many narrow steps, both to enter the apartment and to access the upper floor. Overall, the flat served our purposes well, was an excellent point to launch our visit to London and the surrounding area, while serving as a quiet retreat at the end of the day..

This worked out well for our group. The three separate bathrooms alone made it stand out. We liked the restaurants and stores in the area and found it convenient to public transportation. Overall, a great value and I would stay there again if I am ever so lucky to return to London!

Spacious, comfortable and a home from home. Four adults stayed and a pleasure to have our own toilet/showering facilities and relaxing living space after days out exploring and sightseeing. My daughter and I spent two days at the Olympia Conference Centre which was only a short distance away. Quiet area and excellent for local shopping, restaurants and take-aways. Intend to return next year and would stay again in this apartment. Marie Addison (Glasgow).

Short walk to buses and underground. Very close to supermarket. Indoor municipal pool around the corner too if you want option for some exercise. Good value for 6 people. We were family of 6. 3 bathrooms and well furnished kitchenette dining area. Even had Netflix which kept kids entertained. Would definitely consider staying here again when next travel to London.

We had a really lovely stay here and it felt like being at home! The children loved having a bathroom each :) The only thing that was missing was a corkscrew ;)
