Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Anton: vor der Anreise und während des Aufenthaltes. Er war durch Mobiltelefon immer sofort erreichbar. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass Anregungen gerne aufgenommen werden, um dem Gast allen Komfort zu bieten. Absolut fairer Preis während der Messezeit! Nur 13 Minuten zur Messe: ein kurzes Stück zu Fuß zur U-Bahn Langwasser Mitte, die im 5- Minuten-Takt verkehrt. Dort ist auch das Franken-Center mit Imbiss-Möglichkeiten. Da Wohnung in der 12. Etage und der Fahrstuhl nur bis zur 11. fährt, absolute Ruhe = erholsamer Schlaf ... und eine schöne Aussicht. In der Küche waren Teebeutel und Kaffeepads vorhanden. Wohnung hübsch eingerichtet, freundliches Ambiente; Bad mit Eckbadewanne. Ich habe mich wohlgefühlt.

Nur Kleinigkeiten, die ich dem Vermieter mitteilte. Habe das Gefühl, dass dieser dankbar für Anregungen war und sich kümmern wird.

L'appartamento al suo interno è molto grazioso e il proprietario ha ottimizzato gli spazi alla perfezione . Forse però è più adatto per 4 persone che per 5 . Il terzo letto (singolo) era un letto pieghevole che abbiamo dovuto posizionare in mezzo al soggiorno. La cucina era funzionale .

Il parcheggio previsto era praticamente inesistente : essendo lungo la strada ,la sera abbiamo dovuto girare più volte intorno al palazzo cercando anche nelle strade limitrofe per trovare un posto disponibile "a fortuna". Inoltre essendo l'appartamento un super attico (forse un ex lavatoio ), l'accesso era un pò arzigogolato: si arrivava con l'ascensore all'ultimo piano e poi si doveva salire a piedi con le valigie un'altra rampa di scale . La zona e il palazzo non mi sono piaciuti .

The washing machine was in the basement (and you needed 50 cents coins to use it and we didn't know) and the elevator was till the 11th floor but the apartment is on the 12th

1 bedroom apartment. We chose it because it was located closely to our family. Relatively cheap.

The appartment is located in 11 floors building. In order to get to the appartment you need to use elevator, but it does not bring you to the right floor, you need to use balcony to get to the right stairs and then go up 1 additional floor by feet. If you have luggage and it is raining … was really not nice. Also the apartment has no close parking.

Anton is very prompt in responding all inquiry and supportive. Check-in and check out is easy. The apartment is well designed and convenient for family travel. Hot water is stable, big bathtub. Two toilets is a plus. Most of apartments for 4 people have only 1 bathroom/toilet.

Too many doors from entrance to access the apartment.

Quite cosy. Ideal for two friends, each with own queen/double bed. Walking distance to services and huge supermarket. Two separate toilets, one with bath + shower, the other with a window.

Only one bed was made and no extra linen in the property. Requesting linen to the host at 7.15PM we only got them the next day. Depending on the time you get to the property, you might not easily find parking. It's on the 12th floor but elevator gets you only to the 11th.

Very nice apartment in the outskirts of Nürnberg. Inspite of being a studio it was very spacious and comfortable for four of us - very smartly furnished and organised. The kitchen and the bathroom had everything we needed. Sufficient cutlery, dishes and appliances. Comfortable beds, well organised lighting situation - adults could use the light while kids were sleeping. Enough of storage space. Books and toys for the guests. Really anything we could think of. The building itself is nice and clean, very quiet neighbourhood. We easily found free parking spots every night. There is a big shopping center with supermarket and lots of take out/fast food options just about 10 min away on foot. Also really nice asian restaurant Yammy Yammy in the other direction - about 5 min on foot. The U-bahn is by the shopping center, also max 10 min away. It takes about 15 min with U bahn to get to the center of Nurnberg. We were happy we didn't have a headache driving and parking in the city. Also easy friendly contact with the host. All in all we were really happy that we stayed in the apartment.

Only minor things - there was no lock in the bathroom. Also TV was not connected to any input source or signal.
