Schönes Hotel in schöner Lage. Aufmerksames Personal. Gutes, ausreichendes Frühstück! Schmackhaftes Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant, aber nur bezahlbar für Gutverdienende oder Geschäftsreisende! Ja klar, die weniger haben sollen zuhause bleiben! Es fehlen also Angebote, die sich einem Publikum mit schmalen Budget gefällig zeigen. Es fehlt an einem Angebot für Massage- und Körperpflegedienstleistungen. Der Pool im Innenbereich ist hervorragend. Wünschenswert wären noch weitere Liegen am Pool, wenn es abends durch viele Gäste voll wird.
Die Anreise war für Hotelgäste durch die Baumaßnahmen entlang der Zugstrecken, die am Hotel vorbeiführen, nur umständlich erreichbar. Eine zuverlässige Beschilderung könnte die Anreise erträglicher machen. Reparaturarbeiten am Hotelenterieur machten am Abreisetag heftige Sägegeräusche. Könnte von der Hotelleitung auch in geschlossenen Räumen stattfinden. Tagsüber waren die Sauna- und Dampfbadanlagen nicht in Betrieb, sondern erst in den Abendstunden. Die Zeitspanne für die Einnahme des Frühstücks könnte für Spätaufsteher über 10 Uhr hinaus ausgeweitet werden.

Beautiful setting. Good breakfast.
Poor set menu for evening meal. We expected better for the price. Chef decided how steaks should be cooked, not us. They were definitely overcooked and very salty.

What a beautifully quiet location, and enjoying a great breakfast over looking a lake! Super friendly staff, very kind, patient and knowledgeable.

The hotel is beautiful and was very easy to find after a long journey. Staff was ever so helpful and friendly. Our family room was spacious and clean.
There was no instant coffee in the room which was not refilled and the complementary bottle of water was already opened. There is extra charge for room service with added tax to the price.

Very comfortable room and facilities. Excellent breakfast, and delicious ( if expensive) dinner. Wonder, friendly and effective service from Maria. Highlight of stay was the sauna.
I was not happy to be charged ‘City tax’ and ‘Service charge’ by the hotel before leaving, when it clearly stated on ‘Booking ____’ that all taxes and fees were included.

Plenty of parking spots available. Check-in was fast and efficient, very friendly staff. Location is perfect if you are traveling with own transport (i.e. not is a busy city centre). Good restaurant/bar for a drink in the evening

Have stayed here a few times already. Nice big quiet hotel in nature. Enough free parking on site. Rooms are a good size and modern.
Evening temperature in the dining room was a bit chilly. Menu is getting expensive.

good in the restaurant
musty smell to the room. dark, no view except into thick trees which didn’t let in any light. noisy workmen early in the mornings on two days right outside our room. but old fashioned, needs a revamp

The rooms were reasonably sized and had good views along with a good bathroom with power shower. Free wifi worked well all around the property even into the car park. The pool was good and was open late which was great for business travel. The hotel is also situated close to footpaths so you can explore the surrounding area and there's a very scenic lagoon nearby that's around 10 minutes walk away.
The restaurant wasn't particularly well prepared for dietary requirements. There were no vegan options on the set menu and no side options like vegetables or salads so i struggled to find things to eat. It's a shame really as a good inclusive menu would make a big difference in my opinion and is what top hotels do tend to offer.
