We didn’t expect full English (we are in Turkey after all) varied selection that was totally adequate- would have liked fresh orange juice! But that’s not a complaint.

Only a small point, the reading lights above the bed were very bright so either person would inconvenience the other if they read. Again not a complaint but a small point!

Overall the hotel was up to my expectations. The reception staff, maids and dining room staff were faultless. Burcu and Estra on reception answered all my enquiries in a very friendly manner and always seemed to be smiling. Great front desk promotion for the hotel.

Sometimes the evening meals were lukewarm/cold and there was no microwave in which you could heat up your meals.

-Staff don’t speak English. -No food labels and not enough variety, no vegan/gluten free options. - A “ no smoking sign” ignored and people are allowed to smoke which wasn’t nice during dinner. -No pool towels provided. -We needed to pay for the room safe (min period of one week)

Very loud music by the pool from each day at 10am, if one wanted a lie in, the music was too much. The place is stunning and the music is uncessary

Good location and clean rooms

Breakfast could be better. Room are much smaller in reality than what they appear to be like in the photos. Not a lucury hotel at all, but it does what it should. A bit too pricey though.

The hotel has no Facilities. Living in 21 century, there is no WiFi in the room. No kettle in the room and you have to pay for using Safe box. The cleanness in the room is not up to the mark.

The team at the spa inside the hotel ran a good service that was fairly priced in my opinion. The pool was always kept very clean and never smelt of any harsh chemicals. Plenty of shade around the pool for everyone who wanted it.

Breakfast coffee machine perhaps need upgrading.

On the plus side, the hotel is in a nice location and relatively close to the beach as well as supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. I liked dinners and the hotel pool during my stay there. The hotel garden and the surrounding mountains give you a beautiful view while swimming in the pool and eating your meals. You can lie down on a sunbed and enjoy watching paragliders.

The service staff was incredibly inattentive and at times even cheeky. You usually see them gather together and chit-chat, ignoring the customers' requests. They got even scolded by an angry customer/guest because he had to walk to the waiters' feet just to draw their attention. Besides, I once asked for a waiter's help with moving an umbrella in the pool area, and he flatly refused, saying he was busy. In the meantime, he was checking his phone and giggling. The reception staff seems nicer, but they responded to our request for an extra pillow only 7 days into our stay. The cleaning team also needs to get their act together because they frequently forgot to refill shampoo bottles and soap. As for the room itself, the double-bed room we had was really tiny and claustrophobic and gave us little space to move around. When it comes to breakfasts, they were really mediocre and offered little variety, quite unlike dinners.

The most value hotel during our Turkey trip. Breakfast and Dinner is included. Location is convenient and in quiet area.

The food was delicious & different selection every day. Pool was cleaned eveey night. Clean hotel. Fast service. Rooms are big but not modern. No internet in the room. Very nice stuff.

If they serve free water for dinner

the location is perfect as the hotel is tucked in a quiet part of Olundeniz. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. If O come again to Olundeniz would definitely stay here

it was disappointing as the meals don’t really cater for vegetarians, there’s mostly vegetarian options in cold food don’t really understand why Turkish cuisine doesn’t include vegetarian dishes even though they grow a wide variety of fresh food.
