Fantastic hosts, professional, caring and incredibly friendly. They made us (and according to other reviews here, everyone) feel so welcome and gave great reccomendations about local restaurants, things to do and see. And Sultan, the golden retriever, topped everything off!

In a world where customer service is meant to be everything, good Cust service is actually very hard to find…… not in this hotel. The owner/receptionist was probably one of the friendliest, most helpful person I’ve met in such a long time. More importantly not in an over the top way! I immediately understood it’s high satisfaction rating. Deauville is absolutely beautiful and my stay there was enhanced by my stay at this hotel. Niamh, Ireland 🇮🇪

Wonderful hotel! Hôtel Le Patio has nice design and friendly staff. Henry wrote that we can check in early and he made upgrade our room, it was very clean and comfortable accommodations. Near there is public parking Good location: 10 minutes by walk to the beach 20 minutes by walk to Trouville Also, The Hotel live so pretty dog (retriever). There was good time for me and my wife

it was not a queen size bed but 2 single beds next to each other. Once you move a little you wind up in the crack between mattresses and that my friends, is extremely uncomfortable! No worries, I managed to survive.

This hotel is very well located and has recently been refurbished with a classy ambiance. Henry is extremely helpful and professional, making you feel very welcome and at home. We'll definitely be back!

We only stayed for a night but we loved it! It is very well located, within walking distance to shops and restaurants and even to the beach. Parking in the street in front of the hotel is free. Even though the hotel is small, the rooms are spacious for the european standard and super cozy. Most importantly everything was spot clean! The owner was really nice and helpful. He texted us beforehand offering help for directions to the address if needed. He speaks english and spanish in addition to french so no problem with communication. We paid a bit extra for breakfast, and while it wasn't anything out of the ordinary it was good. This is a great option by any standard and also very affordable. Definitely recommend!

Henry is an incredible host! He’s so friendly and helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Great customer service and a beautiful lobby, patio and dining room. Our room was perfect and great for value for the price.

The warm welcome. The manager went out of his way to make the most of our short stay. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. We liked the copious breakfast . The hotel is nicely decorated with taste and it is located a walking distance to the famous board walk. We will come back.

Henry was very welcoming and happy to accept a very late arrival (due to a delayed ferry!). He also upgraded the room at no extra cost. The hotel was comfortable, the room was spotlessly and the breakfast was very good.

Noisy on a busy street.

Perfectly located, very efficient and kind staff. It is just one of those hotel that offer much more than you expect for the price. DEFINITELY recommend.

To be fair not much… maybe the rooms are a bit “simple” but I understand they’re going through refurbishment so that should be solved next month or so.

Henry is a great host. His hospitality is outstanding.

Breakfast was all you could eat and excellent value Henry the proprietor was first class! Very attentive and willing to help at any time!

The bathroom could have been a little larger but Henry apologised before we saw the room and explained that the hotel was full. However it was fine

Great host, really comfortable bed, nice outdoor patio, excellent breakfast, a few minutes walk to the beach and to the center of the town. Overall very good experience!

The shower water pressure was very low, otherwise all good.

Location. The beach, racecourse and town centre are all an easy walk from the hotel. The reception areas of the hotel have been refurbished recently and the rooms are going to refurbed soon, everywhere is clean and tidy. Henry. the owner, was very welcoming and always available to help or advise even posting something I had left to the U.K. I hope we can return to this lovely relaxing hotel. A bonus is the bar/restaurant next door.
