Staff unhelpful and impolite at times which we felt was due to us being in a younger age bracket, only one key for room, seemed to be a problem every time we asked for extra toilet roll as only gave one lot for four men

Just returned from a 7 night stay. We're a family of 4 with 2 older teenagers. We loved everything about Vila Petra! The staff are so welcoming and friendly, every part of the hotel is spotlessly clean, the entertainment team is brilliant. The location is great for accessing both the strip and Old Town, so there are plenty of places to eat.
We stayed in a 2 bed room with a pool view, and it had absolutely everything you could think to need, including a tea towel.
We spent a lot of time in the pool and loved that there was no rush to reserve sunbeds as this was not permitted or tolerated by the pool side staff.
Entertainment was fun, and the personal favourite was the quiz (which we won). The Bellux team worked tirelessly to keep everyone engaged and do a brilliant job.
The entire site was immaculately clean. The pool was cleaned every night, the grounds were kept in great condition, and our room was serviced with new towels and a full clean every day.
Would 100% recommend Vila Petra, and we will be back!

The accomodation and the pool and the entertainment staff where excellent, the staff in the Stone bar at night were excellent and in general it was a great place and I would definitely go back.
Phone at snack bar was to expensive and it took to long to get anything at the snck bar during the day, better to go to the shop.

Struggling to think off anything.All my group complimented me on my choice of resort..but it's the resort that deserves the praise for the excellent way they run the resort and take a pride in their hotel.

Huge rooms, great staff and great value for money! Restaurants do really nice food, pool lovely and bars great! In a brilliant location!
You had to put a deposit down imminently when we arrived in cash only. This was early in the morning and they expected the money there and then - not really what you want. If there's an option to take card or even be a little bit more trusting to guests to pay the day after, that would be much better

Our 2 bedroom apartment was spotlessly clean and perfect for a larger family. We were self catering but used the hotel restaurant sometimes, the buffet had a nice selection. Indoor swimming pool was handy, as in May the outdoor pool was a little bit too cold for my children. Hotel is in a great location just off the main strip, so easy to walk to shops, restaurants and mini supermarket. Entertainment staff were excellent offering lots of activities for children & adults. We really enjoyed the karaoke evening. Overall we had a great stay and would return.
The pillows weren't good, either quite hard or lumpy. However we did manage to sleep ok. More comfortable pillows would be an improvement.

Spacious room, full facilities, very clean and comfortable room, may be low season with less customer, breakfast choice not as expectation but taste good and fine with me
Location not close to town, walk will be about 45 min, not much choice if resturants as Strip is quiet due to low seasons, If toilet had a bit more amenities will be good

Nice and quiet for first family holiday with young kids. Great facilities and rooms were excellent. We'll definitely get back in the summer to enjoy it even more.

Friendly and helpful staff
Beds are terrible. Single beds on wheels for couples. Plastic undercover on bed you cannot sleep on. No towels nor drinks services provided at pool.

Great facilities too. Close to the strip so a bit out of old town Albufera (bit still only 5 mins in a taxi or 30 mins walk)

Nothing to do with the hotel just the New Town I didnt like, IF could move building to Old Town :)

location was perfect, quiet but all was easily accessible
quality of food could have been better. nowhere to have coffee before 11 am without having full breakfast.
