The hotel was nicely decorated with good facilities. The breakfast was very good and for a very reasonable price. Location is perfect. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful, often going out of their way to anticipate your needs. Would highly recommend.

Centrally located however somewhat difficult to reach by car. Parking cramped but not to a degree that would leave it un-useable. Breakfast good, slightly overpriced. Room comfort good, room quiet. Room could be a bit bigger howerver given the location is fully acceptable.

we arrived pretty late and we‘re welcomed by an employee which told us was new(which appears very strange to me that the Hotel let’s new employees run a nightshift completely alone without experience) we had two bookings and wanted to pay separately. First the Person at the reception charged my colleague for my room and the other way around, the same happened with the rooms even when he assured that the rooms assigned are the correct ones from everyones booking… I booked a deluxe double room, once I came into the room I discovered that this room was far from what the Hotel advertises on Booking.com furthermore the Room was really cold and the heating wouldn‘t start up properly as it was past 11 pm already… as it was late I decided to keep the room and not go back to the reception to change the room. this morning we checked out with Magdalena who discovered that the booking from my colleague was charged double and in the beginning she told us that an immediate refund doesn‘t work which actually turned out to be possible. she started to discuss that the pictures on the Website are just an example on how the room could be, i explained that if the pictures online are just an example the rooms should at least be close to the example, instead the room was really old and „consumed“. I am really disappointed from the Hotel and the service especially because our complaint wasn‘t taken serious and just turned down and not even a compensation was offered or even considered by any of the employees…It was our first an definitely our last!

Horrible, they were very impolite at the reception, when we got to the room it smelled, if we opened the window we could hear noise from the street. right next to it is the red street.. We parked in the garage where we paid €10 for the whole night, their parking would have cost €14. It was the worst hotel we've ever been to!

The location is great for using public transportation.By foot about 10 min to the main station and 5 minutes to the central hub of the city. The rooms have a water kettle and nice bath. The stuff is also professional. It is rather quiet even tough it is situated next to a tram station and some bars.

The slow elevators are a bit annoying.

Didn't realise Breakfast was in another hotel up the road. Gave it a miss. Check in was slow considering I had pre-booked and paid in advance. TV did not work. I complained to reception and gave me a different remote control to try. Still didn't work. Didn't have time to waste trying to sort this out. On leaving I explained and the desk said sorry.

terrible stuff! receptionist lady was so rude, arguing and fight with me and my husband. no housekiping service . balcony was very dirty from birds. no double bed available ,single beds moving apart and so soft. carpet so dirty . so high price . never come back!

24h check in. very clean

barely working TV & remote. Needed to restart TV couple of times. Remote was taped so that the batteries don't fall from it
