Kim hotel was super clean and tidy.

Great place to stay! The secured and roofed parking was great and the tramstation in the parking lot of hottel has fantastic and no-hasle doorway to city!

some guests were noisy (while smoking) outside the hotel in front of our room late at night

No kettle in the room, the pillows are tiny in size, and the Wi-Fi reception is very weak in the room.

Everything was really good, the room was clean with all necessary amenities, very comfortable and relaxing

Great location, high above Dresden. Tram stop just outside the hotel, 40 mins to centre of the city. Large comfortable room with views. Good breakfast.

Prefer blackout blinds/curtains for good sleep. Room faced city with street lighting streaming into the room.

The staff was unfair and not friendly (we had to wait 10 minutes for the staff to take us for check in even though nobody was at the reception. The staff demanded paying upfront after seeing our Eastern Europe pass, although at first asked if we wanted to pay upfront, it became mandatory after they consulted our passports). We got a room at the third floor with no facilities (tv did not work, there was no internet connection, lower ceiling that made it very uncomfortable to get in and out of bed, we heard people screaming from the lobby late at night and the staff did not take any measures)

Good spacious room, friendly staff. Plenty of undercover parking and easy access to trams to city centre. Good choice at breakfast.

Distance to walk to breakfast room. Didnt like having to return to reception for wifi code and key for safe.

Bathroom was small and had a weird smell, room was hot, airco needed to be on but was noisy and had an annoying beep every minute. No water or anything complementary.

The clean and luxurious room. The hotel restaurant with typical German meals and beers. Relatively fresh and tasteful breakfast.

No electric kettle for preparing my own herb tea in my room. (Some 3-stars hotels have it) Wifi did not worked in the morning and no discount was offered! No price list at mini-bar.
