Das gepflegte denkmalgeschützte Haus sowie die sehr gepflegte und schöne Parkanlage.
Des Weiteren hat uns das das Personalkonzept, dass mit der Lebenshilfe verwirklicht wird sehr beeindruckt.

Die schöne Gartenanlage am Hotel, die tolle ruhige Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, reichliche Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet, sehr leckere Kuchen und Torten im hauseigenen Café.
Die Betten waren sehr bequem.
Das Abendbuffet etwas überteuert, wenig fleischlose Angebote für Vegetarier.
Die Spiegel im Bad sind für kleinere Menschen viel zu hoch angebracht.

Das Hotel liegt an einem kleinen See, mit einem tollen Garten, die Stadt ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen, das Personal war super freundlich und das Frühstück abwechslungsreich und frisch,

Bezauberndes Hotel mit gepflegter Gartenanlage und einem tollen Ausblick auf Waren. Ich komme ganz sicher wieder.
Gefallen hat mir grundsätzlich alles :-) Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: da die Sauna kostenpflichtig ist, hätte ich zumindest einen Trinkwasserspender / Karaffe mit Wasser erwartet und bestenfalls noch frisches Obst. Das hätte den Aufenthalt durchaus noch aufgewertet und ist anderswo üblich. Nichtsdestotrotz war es sehr sehr schön und ich komme auch gern wieder.

Traumhafte Lage. Der dazugehörige Landschaftsgarten ist wunderschön. Sehr besonderes Haus, engagiertes Personal, Frühstück klasse. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Seeblick...richtig schön!

Frühstücksbuffet: es wurde schon über 1 Stunde vor Ende der Frühstückszeit nichts mehr nachgelegt und die „abgegrasten“ Teller mit den wenigen Resten sahen nicht appetitlich aus.

Quiet, situated in a parc the hotel is really nice. Reseption woman which also helped in the restaurant, made our evening a good experience. She had a fantastic good mood, positive attitude and serviceminded. Food great.

friendly staff. very clean. my room heating wasn’t strong so they moved me to a bigger room immediately (with better heating). breakfast was great with a lovely view of the lake, asked for a special request for my eggs to be made and no hesitation were made quickly, I liked that there was a coffee machine/ tea station/ fruits/ everything breakfast related really. would recommend!

Short steep hill and few minutes walk into town should you wish to eat there.We are vegetarian and hotel's evening buffet not suitable for us.

The hotel was in a good location, at a quiet spot near the lake. The gardens are beautiful. The hotel was clean.
The staff wasn't particularly friendly. The breakfast staff in particular. It was a shame to see the staff not being very hygienic, for instance refilling the bread basket by hand, directly touching every piece of bread.

the location at the Tiefwarensee is very nice as well as the garden area. Having breakfast outside was very nice despite all Corona regulations. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was nice - I was staying in the other building where there was no elevator for getting up the luggage into the room - was acceptable but if you don't travel light that might be a bummer
nothing to complain about - all worked well.
