Das Frühstück hat ein reichhaltiges Angebot, das allerdings von Tag zu Tag keine Abwechslung bietet. Vor allem habe ich Früchte der Saison vermisst, wie z.B. frische Erdbeeren oder Kirschen.
Ich habe bei der Abreise den Safe ausgeräumt, aber leider 3 Ringe liegen lassen. Es ist sehr stark anzunehmen, dass diese gefunden wurden. Auf meine Nachfrage allerdings wurde das negiert und eine Rückgabe hat nicht stattgefunden. Die Ringe haben auch einen großen ideelen Wert.

Overall its a good Hotel but the service is downsized vs before COVID
I miss the valid parking and table menus at breakfast,now guests don’t know what’s possible to order. Since I’ve frequently been staying at luisenhof since 2012 I still find the breakfast very good 👍 but things has changed since before Covid. Minibar used to be included now it’s not.

Beautiful hotel with 5 star amenities. Rooms are spacious and the elk equipped. We love the apartments with a full kitchen !

Location, service , room design, very clean and spacious. Great products in the bathroom. Very nice breakfast, literally across the Opera House. Lots of shops around.

couldn’t book the restaurant, shower over the bath… who uses a bath these days? access to parking is ludicrously narrow for larger modern cars.

It was really comfortable and warm, the hotel makes you feel you are at home.
The bellboy wanted to help me and the receptionist said no to him, so he didn’t help me.

Breakfast.
Underground parking doesn't have a direct access to the hotel, so during the rain you need to climb stairs and walk to the hotel. Room style is from cheap 3 stars hotel.
