Da gab kein internet, wir waren dienstlich unterwegs.
Ich musste leider 15€ ektra kosten zahlen um internet von meinem handy provider zu bekommen.

-Beim Einchecken hat die Dame von der Rezeption behauptet, dass ich das Frühstück nicht gebucht habe. Dies habe ich verneint. Anstatt zunächst nochmal nachzuschauen fiel die Aussage, dass ich es bei mir falsch intern vermerkt habe. Das fand ich ganz schön frech. Ich habe gesagt, dass ich dies nochmal prüfen und auf sie zukommen werde. Nachdem ich anschließend mein Gepäck geholt habe, hat mir die Dame mitgeteilt, dass sie falsch geschaut hat und ich das Frühstück doch gebucht habe.
-Ebenso wurde behauptet, dass ich 12 € für den Parkplatz bezahlen muss obwohl bei booking.com überall stand, dass der Parkplatz kostenlos ist. Auf meine Nachfrage hin weshalb es so ist, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es seit diesem Jahr neu ist und bei booking.com nicht abgeändert wurde. Erst als ich gesagt habe, dass ich mich bei booking.com beschweren werde, wurde die Situstion geklärt und ich musste die 12€ nicht bezahlen.
-Die beiden beschriebenen Missverständnisse haben mir den Aufenthalt verdorben, wirklich schade...

Location was spot on for me, rooms are huge comfy beds and the breakfast was very good
I arrived just after 1 in the morning staff was excellent getting me checked and arranging a taxi for my business meeting the next morning

Interior & personal were splendid.
the hotel looks chique and the location is tip top.
The mattress was a bit hard for my taste.
but that is the only thing I can say about being uncomfortable.

Nice reception
they literally offered me a 80cm bed in a 3sqm room. never saw something similar in a 4* hotel. I needed to upgrade to get a proper room, which I did and the second room had a really bad smell. never again!

You have everything you need for a comfort stay in the centre of Braunschweig. Close to restaurants and shops, the dome and Stadtpalais. You also can get a free parking lot. And the price for all of that is wonderfully

This message is for the hotel. I enjoyed the stay, but I didn't like the breakfast. The offer seems large, but lacks personality and taste. Give people something special, not from the shelves of Lidl. Also the pillows were too flat.

Excellent stay at this hotel.
I've stayed in many hotels over the years but what made this exceptional was the service from the staff at reception. Magdalena on arrival was nothing but friendly and professional as was the gentleman in the morning. They both were friendly without it being robotic.
The Room was lovely with only one little niggle (see what I didn't like). Excellent size with a room for our 2 kids with our huge main bedroom extremely quiet. Overall I would return here as 1st choice.
For a massive 2 bed apartments I would of expected a bath in the bathroom not just a shower.
