We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Benalmadena. The apartment was great and very friendly host. Welcome pack provided on arrival which was very much appreciated as we had enough supplies on arrival without the need to rush to the supermarket, meaning we could bring our two very excited children straight to the pool once we arrived. The location of the apartment is excellent as close to everything. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would not hesitate to return!!

we were 4 adults in the apartment and there was plenty of space. the apartment appears newly renovated with a super kitchen with everything you need the apartment is well located with shopping, the beach and restaurants right next to it the host Neil was very friendly and helpful Sincerely Anders Reitz

Neil was great to deal with and responded to any queries very fast. The location of the property was perfect for our travels and well connected for all public transport. Wi-Fi and English TV was great to especially if the weather is not so good.

Great apartment with plenty of space. Good location for bars and shops and only 5 minutes walk to the front. Would stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfect. It had everything we needed and a really large outside terrace which was great for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Also lovely pool. Comfortable beds, couches and air con in bedrooms and living room. Neil was a pleasure to deal with. Very professional and thought of everything. There were a few nice little extra touches like a few supplies in the fridge to get us started. Location is very central. Nice restaurants and the beach were only 5 mins away. I would highly recommend this property or any other property managed by Neil Cannon.

Apartment was very well equipped in very good location for beach and supermarket . Air con brilliant , big terrace although very hot during our stay. Pool nice and big although nowhere to sit so had to take our own chairs down. Only thing we found difficult was having 1 set of keys as had my son and his girlfriend with us who often did their own thing.

My wife, 4 children and I had a lovely holiday at Las Palmeras, Benalmadena. The apartment interior was very clean with modern bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and good sized rooms for the family. The apartment rooftop terraces were great and gave us welcome extra space for dining outside, sunbathing and enjoying the hot weather both during the day and in the evening. The apartment complex buildings are well designed in a traditional Spanish style and the peaceful, immaculately kept gardens, with plenty of shade under the palm trees if required, include a large pool area with a lifeguard and another smaller pool so plenty of space to cool off! The beach is only 5 minutes walk away, there are lots of reasonably priced bars & restaurants and a large supermarket all in the same street which is very convenient. The local tennis club is also just up the street with non-members welcome including equipment hire so we braved the heat of the day on a few afternoons. Neil, the apartment host was very helpful, replied quickly to my messages regarding any queries we had and also arranged taxis for our airport transfers and a couple of extra journeys for my daughter. I would be happy to recommend this apartment and the area in general as there is a train station with an efficient and reasonably priced service in Benalmadena old town so we visited the lovely city of Malaga on two days during our stay. All in all a great holiday and we would not hesitate to return which hopefully will be soon! Adios y saludos!

Overall an excellent property but unfortunately there was building work who h was very messy and noisy when we were there. Also the pool was closed which if we didn't have a great roof terrace would have been a major problem.Th e apartment is fab great size very well equipped but needs tlc and a woman's touch cleaning . The welcome pack was amazing and had everything and more that we needed. The sun terrace is a Fab size with great lounges . All in all it was a good stay but without the pool closed and building noise and dust it could have been amazing

Excellent location, close to all amenities but as on a Main road can be noisy. Property could be amazing with a little tlc, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and made it home, pretty quickly. Neil was a great. He helped us with our taxi transfers - much appreciated- and on the end of the phone, if needed. Only downside was the pool and the fact is was closed for our entire stay as does not open until lifeguard onsite from 1st June. No hesitation in returning some day.

Had a lovely stay at this 2 bedroom penthouse with a friend. Great views of the area from the various patios and local to all amenties. The place was well furnished and we had all we needed for an enjoyable two weeks stay. Very private however still close to everything. Neil was a great host and gave us some great tips about restaurants and things to do. Can’t wait to return next year.

Fabulous, and well-equipped apartment with a large terrace. Close to the centre and the beach but at the same time not too busy to relax. Many restaurants and Mercadona market around. Beautiful and huge garden and pools guarded by a pool attendant.

We have been on vacation to Benalmadena many times over the years and normally stay in a hotel. However, we saw this apartment on-line and thought we'd give it a try. What a gem. We arrived to find a welcome pack of items waiting for us in this beautiful apartment. Tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water and some food in the fridge meant that the "panic" shopping expedition for a nice cuppa wasn't required. Although it has to be said that the apartment is only a few steps away from a large supermarket. In fact, the apartment is ideally situated for various shops, cafes, restaurants and, of course, the waterfront and beach. The main original part of town is up the hill and there is a bus stop close by for those that don't fancy the walk. There is a good market up the hill on Fridays, plus other shops, etc. The apartment is also very close to various bus-stops for those that fancy trips out to other towns (Malaga, Marbella, Mijas, etc). The apartment itself is absolutely lovely and stocked with the necessary appliances. Lovely and clean, well laid out and the large roof terrace (with chairs and sun-loungers) is excellent. There is a nice large pool downstairs - which also has a lifeguard on duty. Although it is a penthouse apartment (hence the great roof terrace), there are two lifts for those who don't fancy nipping up and down the stairs. We shall be returning to Benalmadena in due course and I guarantee we shall be checking to see if this apartment is available to book. To summarise, absolutely excellent.

Property was excellent- very well equipped and well kept. In a great area with lots of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Property had amazing outside space with two huge sun terraces - position yourself correctly and sun or shade are available on the terraces all day. Great air conditioning in both bedrooms and lounge. Neil was great to deal with - always responding quickly. Tanya met us on arrival and it was lovely to receive a great welcome pack which meant we didn’t have to rush off shopping. The Mercadonna was just a short 5 minute walk turning left out of the apartment - and there’s even shopping bags in the apartment to make life easy! Beach and promenade are a five minute walk and a 30 minute stroll takes you to the marina. Excellent apartment which we hope to return to. Thank you Neil and Tanya

We had a lovely time in Neil's apartment as we were 2 couples it was ideal as it had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms but, the only criticism I had was there was no mirror in the second bathroom which is an easy fix. The fridge was well stocked for us which was a great surprise! I would highly recommend this lovely apartment close to the beach,restaurants and bars. Thank you Neil.

This is our second visit to this superb apartment. Location is ideal - 2 mins walk to beach and, amenities such as supermarket along with a great selection of bars and restaurants are on your doorstep. Paloma Park is a short walk away and well worth a visit. Apartment itself couldn't be better. It's set in a quiet complex and is well equipped, clean and spacious with plenty of clean towels. This apartment has an amazing large split level terrace which gets the sun all day and shade is provided - great for enjoying a pre dinner cocktail or two. Neil is the perfect host and makes the whole holiday experience easy and very welcoming. I would have no hesitation in recommending this great apartment and looking forward to our third visit in October!!

We had a great time in this central location apartment,due the close proximity of bars and restaurants a car is not necessary. The owner was very responsive to messages so very good communication. The apartment was very clean and well maintained and I would recommend this apartment and would hopefully visit again!

Well equipped apartment in a great location close to the beach and main restaurants. Very well kept place and the building is very nice. Highly recommend and we would stay again. We stayed with our 5 year old daughter. The apartment was well stocked. Excellent place!

We had a great time despite not such good weather in March. The excellent welcome and introduction by Neil to the lovely spacious top floor apartment was a good start. Very clean and airy feel. Separate well equipped kitchen, 2 good size bedrooms and wardrobes. Sliding doors from the large lounge led onto two huge private terraces with table, chairs and loungers. Easy to get to restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets, mini-markets, sea front promenade, beach, taxis, buses all within 4/5 minutes walk. Pools not open in March. Plenty of amenities in or near Benalmadena Costa. We enjoyed a visit to the local park and Selwo Marina and to the Butterfly house in Benalmadena Pueblo.

We found this to be an amazing apartment and had the perfect stay. The apartment is in a superb location, a few minutes walk to beach, supermarket and close to all amenities including shops, bars, restaurants and Paloma Park. The apartment itself is spacious and very clean with a large amazing split level terrace which gets the sun all day but has shade if required. It has everything you could ever possibly need and plenty of spare towels are provided. Complex is quiet and private and while the pool was closed during our stay, it looked great and would be perfect during the summer months Neil was a great host and made us very welcome during our stay. He was always at end of phone if needed [not that he's was!] and communication from time of booking to arrival was always prompt and helpful. Would highly recommend a stay at the fabulous apartment. Photos are very representative - in fact apartment is even better in real life. We enjoyed our stay and the welcome we received so much we have already booked for next year.

Absolutely lovely apartment in a excellent position. Neil was a brilliant host. Nothing was to much trouble . The apartment was clean and very spacious with 2 excellent terraces ideal for relaxing and entertaining. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was exactly as it was described in the Owners Direct Page. Situated In Bebalmadena Costa, five minutes walk to the sea front at the Bil Bil area. Lots of bars, shops and restaurants in walking distance and the marina is only a twenty five minute sroll away. The large supermarket is five minutes walk in the oppersite direction passing a bank with a card machine on the way. The apartment has two bedrooms, one double and one twin. There is a safe in the apartment Iron & ironing board Hair drier Really good air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms. A well furnished kitchen that had everything we needed. A good sized living room with a dining table and chairs, television and wifi. One main bathroom with bath, sink, shower & toilet One shower room with toilet and sink. The outside area is amazing. It consisted of a large patio with a step down to another large area. This is accessed from the kitchen and has table & chairs, sun beds, washing line and good views. There is a good sized communal swimming pool complete with lifeguard that can be accessed by using a swipe card which comes with the apartment. Everywhere in the apartment and outside was clean and well maintained. The couple that managed the apartment were very helpful and answered all our questions before handing over the keys. We found getting around very easy using the bus system. We went to Malaga, Torimolinos (then walked back along the promenade), Mjas, the Puablo and the cable cars at Arroyo to see the eagle show at the top of the mountain. The four of us had such a good time during our ten night stay and were all very impressed and pleased with the apartment and its location that we would have no hesitation in highly recommending this property to family and friends Stephen, Judy, Andy & Pauline
