La vue est phénoménale. L'hôtel est hyper bien situé et est très propre et haut de gamme. Une recommandation à coup sur !

Location was superb. The pool was great and on site shuttle bus was an added bonus.
The pool should be open early for
Morning swim before breakfast. An ATM should be on site or card payment option. Pool also closes early. Inconsistent with pool bar drinks and aperitivo snacks.

The view was great. the staff was very accomodating. The pool and outdoor space was lovely. We didn’t love the breakfast, but we are americans. We had a car so we could get around easily, but not sure what others might do around there without a car.
Furnishings and decorating were outdated as were rooms, but fine.

The property is located outside of Sorrento town which suited us as was the end our trip in Italy and wanted a relaxing couple of days. The views of the bay is amazing and the pool is lovely. All staff we encountered were lovely and helpful. Food served for lunch was lovely and a good variety offered. Would definitely return again and recommend for those seeking a calmer, relaxing time in Sorrento.
There was a wedding on one night during our stay (which was lovely) but the music was far too loud for the rooms as rooms were not soundproofed for the event. We would have preferred if the hotel had notified us of the wedding so that we could have stayed in town a little longer. The food in the restaurant in the evening was amazing but was a little too expensive for us. The shuttle bus to Sorrento and back was brilliant however there is a gap between 12.30 and 4.30 where no bus runs, we would have preferred the option during this period.

There was a wedding in the middle of our stay and we couldn't use the bar until late.I don't think that should be allowed

No fitness facilities or indoor pool or sauna. So when it rained there was nothing to do inside hotel.

The dining experience at the hotel was overpriced because the food was sooo Ok, especially compared to other restaurants in the city.

The location on top of the hill in a calm area and secure parking free for the guests. We also really appreciated the nice staff and the super friendly bus driver (the free bus between the hotel and Sorrento was also great). The views from the balcony and from the restaurant were amazing!
The property itself was quite old and the rooms were not so beautiful or modern.

The breakfast selection was fantastic. A great touch was on the day we checked out and were too early for breakfast, the hotel kindly provided each member of our family with a breakfast bag to go :)
The customer service from beginning to end was exceptional. The highest compliment I can give is that we will definitely return.

Absolutely stunning views! Hotel is in a good location with a shuttle bus that only takes around 20 minutes to the centre of Sorrento. The shuttle bus driver was also so lovely and helpful!! We will 100% stay here again when we come to Sorrento.
Shuttle bus location that the hotel sent to us on message sent us to a different location on both mine and my boyfriends phone resulting in us missing the shuttle bus with our cases and having to walk and find a bus to the hotel which was stressful. The shuttle bus stop in Sorrento is outside of the Ikura restaurant which would of been handy to know.

The breakfast was fantastic, lots of delicious options, many hand crafted cheeses, truly exquisite. The bus to town was also very helpful.

Very good hotel! On the mountain, view to Sorrento. Also, they have a privet bus for hotel guest that takes to Sorrento and back all day. Nice stuff.

the staff is amazing, super friendly and helpful, the location is mind blowing, the restaurant is great, the rooms are spacious an beautiful, the shuttle is super helpful, the garden is well kept and the pool area is luxury +++ everything was just perfect!

Very nice location overlooking the gulf with magnificent views from the restaurant and the swimming pool. The swimming pool area was a very nice and relaxing spot to have lunch and take a rest.
Great quality buffet for breakfast.
