Las almohadas muy bajas, que la limpieza del primer día, no pusieron ni papel higiénico ni observaron que si había o no, las toallas no estaban muy limpia

Lovely property, comfortable and quiet area, great pool. Clean, air conditioning, fab breakfast. Helpful nice staff, sorted our airport transfer. Great location in town and only a 15 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Daytime snacks/simple lunches would be a great addition. We were hoping to use the laundry service after camping for a week prior. Unfortunately this is no longer available. Perhaps add this service again or update the information. Quickly resolved as staff were very helpful in pointing out a local launderette which was super close.

Helpful friendly reception staff. Relaxed atmosphere. Cleaner flexible and helpful, about times to come in and gave us extra towels when needed. didn't speak English but happily cleaned where we asked, that had been missed. Bed was firm, which was good for us. 24 Hour access no problem via locked night gate. Mini fridge for keeping own items in; useful as we didn't want their breakfast - so kept fruits, salads, bottled water etc. Air con individually in room much appreciated as most of our stay was 28 - 34 degrees! Small pool available although we didn't choose to use it, looked clean and popular with guests, had nice surrounding seated area and sunbeds, all in full sun (but no parasols).

Room felt a bit like hostel standard, but with twin room prices; didn't mind no balcony but the outside window with rail backed on to apartments of residential neighbours, so no real privacy if you wanted it with window or curtains open. Walls thin so could hear all outside sounds quite easily from above, next rooms, corridor very loud! Decor jaded, walls quite marked, some furniture a bit broken. Shower sealant mildewed. difficult to access sockets; had to crawl under a desk to get to one. No kettle, or iron in room.

Handy basic Hotel. Fit for purpose, we were out most days and night but the pool was a nice extra. Staff were lovely

A few room issues Fridge & sink but they were sorted out. Not much option for food? Bread & tomatoe or a toasty but We could buy water for our room.

A very good swimming pool. The rooms were quiet and a good size. Comfortable beds and very good air-conditioning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very close to the main street for shops, bars and restaurants.

About a 15 min walk to the beach and a 20 min walk to the train station. The taxi service in Benicassim is poor. The bathroom/shower were a bit old.

our room stank of drains it was awful, no spare plug sockets in the bedroom, I had to charge my phone in the bathroom, bed really uncomfortable. reading the reviews I think we lucked out on the room.
