Daily cleaning, excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner (we got 1 liter water for lunch and dinner too), very good location.

Check-in for 4 people/3 rooms took one full hour, although only 2 people before us. I have NEVER experienced sth like this. Not in Uganda and not in Albania. The staff had no clue about availabilities, payment methods and we ended up with plastic keys that didn't work. Instead of an excuse we got an arrogant attitude. Dinner in the restaurant was possible from 21:30 to 22:00. Great time frame! We checked in at 19:00. We found a nice place to eat down the street, and sorry Maria, I know it wasn't your fault. Great rooms though!

Staff were very curtious . The shower was excellent.

Unfortunately the beds for me were to soft I prefer hard base beds but my daughter loved it. Also had to get blanket out as was zo cold in room even using your heating system. Unfortunately a long walk to the castle. Also rooms were cold and going downstairs to restaurants and the buffet rooms were cold as well. Had sit with Jacket on whilst having a meal which went cold very quickly. The WC in our bedroom was constantly running water and you can't afford to loose water at this time of year. Room no. 2736

Suite. Very comfortable and accommodating

No tea/coffee maker. Buffet meals poor selection and quality in univiting environment. No quiet relaxing bar area.

The room was really nice and big, we got two queen size beds for two of us. The hotel is right on the beach and you can easily go out and have a nice walk. Breakfast was plenty and really tasty. Once when you get hang of all the elevators in the huge building it is so easy to navigate everywhere

It's quite a huge hotel so I can imagine it can be noisy in the season.

This is very basic accommodation, Just a clean room decent bathroom with good quantity of towels. comfy clean bed. No other facilities there except vending machine. Location overlooks the Plaza and Cathedral , fall out of your room to the main square. For what you pay you get a nice clean room and comfy bed

Price and breakfast. Room was good size. Bathroom was nice. Water pressure was good. Nice TV.

False advertising. My family and I were looking for a hotel with AC. This hotel was advertised as having AC. After checking in we noticed the units in the rooms were not cooling. After going down to the lobby, the staff informed us that they have the AC turned off in the hotel simply because they are not in-season.
