No estaba limpio, había cucarachas en la habitación, la bañera estaba rota.

Very clean, nice staff and great breakfast buffet

Nothing. Everything was great

The hotel is old and neglected. The room was also old and not properly cleaned; lots of dust and hair on the floor. The hotel is situated a bit outside the city close to the train and bus station; the area looks dodgy and dangerous, especially in the back of the hotel where there were weird people going around. Hopefully we stayed only 1 night and we mainly spent time in Tarifa. I do not recommend to stay in this hotel for a long vacation.

- this is not a 4 star hotel - The room had a lot of noise from 5 am from the bus station below, the windows did not close well and let in noise and smoke. - They didn't change our towels the 3 days we stayed, only sheets, - they didn't throw away the garbage. - The lighting in the room was very little, there were two small lamps next to the bed. - There was no mirror in the room. - the fridge didn't work ok - The furniture was very cheap - The breakfast was of average quality - The location was very bad, the hotel was in a bad neighborhood next to the port, a few meters further there was a square for extradited women

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, clean, soft towels.
